Last week wasn't horrible but I started to slip back into old habits. Part of it was from being off my routine and I lost my focus when I made cookies for my husbands students. But starting today I will focus on getting back into a routine, eating healthier and drinking my water. 7 # down, 15 to go!4 -

Today I am starting 75 hard. This is a program that's suppose to help you create new healthy habits. This is what it entails, every day for 75 days-
2 45 minute workouts, 1 has to be outside
100oz of water
pick a diet plan and stick with it. No cheat days
No alcohol (easy for me as I drink like once a year)
read 10 pages of a non fiction book

Day 2 of 75 hard, so far so good. wanted to snack last night but I plan on sticking this out. I know the headaches are about to come as the sugar withdrawals start to hit, but in the end it will be worth it. Now I just need to figure out what Im going to do dor a workout saturday. Its been a very mild winter for us, but the cold is finally coming on saturday, and it will be too cold to use my treadmill2 -

Doh! Well I warned you my weight last week wouldn't stand and now I've bounced. I've destroyed our green streak, sorry team. I've always done these big swings, I think I'm good a dehydrating myselfThe good news is the top of this bounce is lower than before so my sawtooth graph trend is ok.

We all have those swings @mulecanter. You'll be back down again.
That's one reason I don't think I could do 75 Hard right now @angmarie28. I just can't make myself get outside and exercise when it's 20 and below. That's just too cold for me.2 -
