I didn't feel like this week was a very good week so surprised to see that loss...I think it was just that I didn't drink as much water. It will probably go back up next week if I rehydrate better, plus Super Bowl food, PLUS my brother will be visiting and we tend to just lounge around and snack a lot when together haha. He can eat whatever he wants and be fine, so when I'm with him I forget that I can't. I have had a steady weight downtrend, so do think I'll be more careful than I used to be, but am expecting a few extra days of takeout. It'll be a good exercise in indulging with moderation and dealing with increases since I started weighing myself again...bound to happen eventually.
That said, I'm still nervous about crossing back into the 100s because if I fluctuate and go back *over* 200, that'll make me feel worse than a fluctuation just in the 200s. It seems different for some reason, but I don't know if that's just me.
Rooting for the Chiefs tonight. I was pulling for the Bills but they couldn't get it done. Just don't want Tom Brady to get more rings -- he has enough! 😆1 -

It looks like you're missing my weight in, but I posted it Friday morning right after my husband.
You seem to have his weight but not mine and this is the second time it's happened. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Man the cold has hit here, steps will be down because the highs are in the negatives and I cant run on my treadmill in that cold, so I have started doing body beast workouts in doors until temps go back up.1
