I'm sorry I'm late with all my steps and my weigh-in. I'm dealing with mental issues and haven't been able to be active here. Can I be put on the inactive list?

It looks like you're missing my weight in, but I posted it Friday morning right after my husband.
You seem to have his weight but not mine and this is the second time it's happened. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

@KHill875 Not sure who was recording the weights at the time in question, but I do see it posted. I have asked the mods to remove the NWI and I've updated the loss. Apologies...we have been having some issues with the spreadsheet where we cannot read/record entries off and on...perhaps that was the issue. Not sure.

I have been off it prior three weeks. Then back on it this last week and it all came off. Now all Christmas weight is gone. I've made it as low as 176. So going in the right direction. I want to be at 175 by the end of the month. Not sure why maybe a bit of depression. The yo yoing is driving me nuts. Some days not even getting off the couch. I have the kids so I get them ready and then to school. Then zoned out. I get in ruts like that sometimes. Then get the kids and dinner an all that bedtime stuff. It's seems the same everyday. I booked a camping trip so I need to look and feel good for summer. It will be amazing this summer if I keep this up. My dad is finally out of the hospital and in a retirement home and just out of isolation. He's Been there since the end of Aug my gosh that would have drove me nuts. Anyway to keep boredom at bay during lockdown we've invented something. We call it lawn crashing. We go to people houses we know mainly family and one friend and play on their lawn. Nana and Papa loved it because they had a big bay window. We were there tv lol. Today we crashed aunties house it gives the kids a different place to play too. We made pizza ovens and played restaurant kids are so creative. Anyway take care Arc I feel for you. Its been a tough year for everyone but we all have a mission on here at least to keep us going. Man this long hope I can post it all lol.

@jennifersusanmcdougall it has been such a hard year. I love your lawn crashing idea! Getting outside with family (when you can) is rejuvenating.1

My cheat day turned into cheat weekend with too many Superbowl snacks and late night snacking. I'm actually happy about this number, because the gain was higher throughout the week and I refocused to get it back down. Intermittent fasting, when I stick to it and stop eating by a certain time, is really helping.5 -

@jennifersusanmcdougall I feel for you with your struggles.It must be hard with a young family but you seem to be thinking of good ways to keep them entertained.My son's are grown up now but they miss going out & seeing their friends.I feel sorry for them when I think how much fun I had when I was in my 20s.Lets hope with the vaccine program things will start to improve for all of us 😍1 -

Hi all, this will be my last log in for a while. I am going through a bit of a crisis in personal life. My safety and well being are fine, just the stress. that goes along with being an expat during the pandemic. These are my Sunday numbers, I have been doing keto and exercise the past couple weeks and the results are incredible. I wish you all the best.
