I'm going to take a break on the accountability challenge for April but stay in the overall challenge. I am striving for a little more balance and starting to get a bit OCD on this with my 'must get an A' mentality. I gotta find the sustainable place, in order to break my years long habit of doing great for three months then abandoning ship.5 -

I did it! I smashed my way to the 130s! I don't usually set myself a mini challenge but I'd been in the 140s for so long.

I'm still in the overweight range, but 15lbs more pounds will get me into the normal range.
I'm hoping I can get there in 3 months.
@prehistoricmoongoddess Really?? I'm surprised that you would still be overweight at 139. Keep up the great work though you're doing fantastic.0 -

@annabananamc I totally understand! We all have to find what works best for each of us without burning out. Don't feel pressured to do every challenge. Success comes in so many ways, and you will keep learning new things that will work for you. Keep up the great work, just don't let yourself burnout We're here for you!2 -

2 mile run done today. I ran about 17 minutes(slowwwww) before I took a two minute walking break, before continuing and finishing the last 11 miles. I finished the two mile in ~28minutes, and then did some walking to cool down. I have a rest day from running tomorrow, and three miles planned for Sunday. I am hoping I can run for around the same amount of time. I am loving the workouts so far, even though I don't feel so great while I'm doing it!
