Yesterday was a horrible day. I struggled really hard. However, I did not let myself beat myself up about it! I keep telling myself that this is a lifestyle change and it’s not gonna be perfect everyday. As long as I don’t stop trying and I make the effort every day, I’m good! Today is a new day and I’m ready for it 😊3 -

@rawrxamberx Sorry that you had a bad day, sadly it happens to everyone. You have the right attitude though. Also, I try to live by the 80/20 rule. As long as I eat right and exercise 80 percent of the time, I'm not going to stress myself out over the 20 that I don't.
