@richmondwriter I am loving Zumba. I, for the life of me, can not dance lol, but I definitely get a workout. And yes ma'am it is at Crunch Fitness, the new gym I joined last week I did a spin class on Monday and loved that also. I'm hoping the change up in my routine gets me back losing at a steadier rate.

@mooreshelly09 - For me, Zumba was hard at first, but the more you go back the more you will see the same steps and even routines and it will be a lot easier. I am so glad you are trying these fun new classes!1

Guys - we had last minute VERY salty dinner and I am up a pound this morning. I'm going to wait and weigh in tomorrow morning just in case it's a fluke/temp thing. What a yoyo I am around this 1-2lbs for a YEAR!
