This week’s loss: 0.6
LTD (Loss to Date): 37.9
Slow couple of weeks weight-wise, hurried in every other aspect. I have fluctuated by 5 pounds throughout my period and didn’t know where I would land today. It was my husband’s birthday and beyond the mini-cake we got him, his mom and colleague made him enormous gf cakes -so I was out of my element and actually ate cake for dessert...like several of the nights. I’ve also been eating terribly due to being so busy. Not at all or a shake and then perhaps eating too much when I get home at 8. I am afraid I will not be making my goal for this month and I need to dig deep and ask myself if I was being too ambitious or if I was just too comfortable.3 -

I'm finishing 2 weeks of spring break. I managed to walk every day but I ate over my calories more often than not. Overall, I was mindful of what I ate so my gain was less than if I had just gone crazy and ate everything in sight. Also, I gave up sweets for this season so that probably helped, too. Tomorrow I will be back to work and back to more structure with my eating.
