My sons birthday is today. He requested chicken parm so we celebrated last night since during lent we don’t eat meat on Fridays. So I splurged a little. Ok maybe a lot. Lol. Learning to accept myself again and not beat myself up so much. Did do a 45 min strength class this morning to make up for yesterday.0 -
