    My aim is to put my food in every day and post.
    My step monitor does not connect to mfp, also I don't think it's accurate.
    This week I have only had one shift that I stayed on the ward I started on. Loads of walking. Three days off but gardening needs doing.

    My sons birthday is today. He requested chicken parm so we celebrated last night since during lent we don’t eat meat on Fridays. So I splurged a little. Ok maybe a lot. Lol. Learning to accept myself again and not beat myself up so much. Did do a 45 min strength class this morning to make up for yesterday.
