    My name is Leah. I am 26 years old and in my second year of grad school. I have been gaining and losing weight, but mainly gaining weight through college on. Since Christmas especially, I have gained at least ten pounds, and it’s climbing, not descending. I am trying to watch my food intake, but it’s easier said than done.

    Aw man. I’ve totally lost it this week. Haven’t been tracking or posting. And it will probably show on sat. Need to get my act together. Hubby wants to get some yard work done today so at least there’s that. And I have been walking everyday.

    @vicky2767 I'm reading a book called Atomic Habits: Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results, An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones and he talks about the incremental changes you make daily and the choices you make daily and how they seem insignificant at the time, but if you get 1% better each day, it adds up and that definitely applies to weight loss. Some food for thought and it's helping me so I thought now is a good time to share.
