    HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, died today (Friday) at age 99. He and HM Queen Elizabeth were married 73 years... To have a genuine and deep love that long. May he rest in peace.

    Calories: Over - I finished a paper Thursday night, and after a long week, I treated myself to Chick-fil-a.

    So sad to hear of his loss. But he def lived a full life. Prayers for his family. RIP

    I am going to have to watch a little more closely but I could be retaining water, its about time for TOM and I've been re-building my deck and I'm sore so I might be retaining more water this week than last....hopefully that's all it is.
