    @vicky2767 I hope you like it, it's been really good for me so far. I've started to implement some of their suggestions like in the morning I clear out the sink and put all the dishes in the dishwasher when I make coffee because they talk about creating a scenario when you do one thing, it triggers another thing and my dishes have been caught up all week, which is the first time in like a year that's happened so I think I'll take the win on that one lol.

    Exercise: 2.5 hours of making a bulletin board at work (climbing up and down a stepladder countless times, making flowers, and cutting out letters to mount) - If I could do that every day, I’d lose five pounds pretty easily.

    HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, died today (Friday) at age 99. He and HM Queen Elizabeth were married 73 years... To have a genuine and deep love that long. May he rest in peace.
