Walked 1, ran 4. Wanted to stop at 3, but today was one of those days I prelogged everything and if I wanted to eat the dinner I wanted I had to run 4 miles not 3 so… here we are. It was yummy. Lol
Signed up for my 6 week summer shape up challenge at the gym tonight. Starting body scan is on 5/11 😬. My ending body scan will be scheduled June 21-23 at some point. Body scans are… something.8 -

Jumping back in after a crazy 6 weeks or such... Looking forward to being back in touch with you guys...and to reclaiming my "UAC" routine. Those that knew - my Mom is doing well.
a - Exercised?: Yes. Zumba and I'm hoping to hit the treadmill too (storming - no walking)
Calories?: Yes. BUT my goal is to hit all microcnutrients...so I'm saying no...I didn't make it...

Pass day 2 of 3 - but I'm on it.
I've been tracking...but shall I ramble...yes... I think I shall. I'm going to aim for sleeping pattern re-establishment. Aiming to eat last meal by 5 each day or earlier.
Aiming to eat within a 10 hr window.
Side note (another, lol) - I got the all clear from a dr. on a few things that were concerning!11 -
Forgot to check in yesterday, but yes x 3 both days. My sweet dog has been very sick and I've been distracted by making her chicken and rice, trying to convince her to eat something, etc. I have a tendency to forget about eating when I'm dealing with a situation like this.11

I exercised and tracked mostly. Then I kind of stopped since I knew I was going over my calories. I have a lot of anxiety and that's not helpful to eating limited quantities...

Felt very hungry today for some reason 🙄, did exercise, no tracking and over for sure.
I'm thinking of taking the 31,000 calories burn off my goals list, maybe I'm feeling pressured. I'll exercise daily in a simple routine, it's tiresome to exercise several times a day to meet my goal. I'll do it again when I've the motivation for it.

My husband got his second shot today so we didn't have wine tonight and instead had healthy ramen (ViteRamen), carrots, and yogurt dip with lots of water.5 -
@SummerSkier Thanks for asking about Coco and the 'deal that went south' horse Roxy. Regarding Coco: I am not sure that Coco is the right horse to take back to Arizona. He is almost always anxious and spooks at most anything.
Nonetheless, I have often mused that when I completely retire (which I am about to do) I would like to take dressage lessons. Coco is very smart; agile, and responsive. He is an arena horse.
Roxy is the mare who needed a rescuer. The veterinarian stated that she has almost never seen a horse so infested by large and small strongyles. (worms). I did purchase Roxy, the rescue mare. She is on prescribed feed; had vaccinations; dental and hoof work and is being administered a 5 day x 5 medication deworming panel of meds.
I have left her in the care of a professional trainer and a 13 year old girl named Katelyn (and her Mom).
If I made a mistake, the horse will still be better for my mistake. I anticipate that it will take 6 months of proper care and exercise to return the horse to full health and vitality.
The veterinarian knew the horse when she was fit and believes that I have made a good decision for me and a great decision for the Roxy and Katelyn.
BTW: the orange leggings arrived at my house before I arrived there yesterday. I'll give them a try on Coco soon.

@Winner_in_Life Today, I stepped on the scale in my primary residence (for the last 28 years). Unless my scale broke during my absence (the calendar above my PC reads November 2020), I have lost 6 kilograms. I have not stepped on a scale for 6 months. I have moved two inches on my belts. I'm in the last hole.
I've met the UAC daily goals on most days during the last 6 months. I have not weighed in at this level for more than 25 years.
Because I enjoy seeing your Kg lost going ever higher, I wanted to do a Kg lost report too.
