    Week 2
    ✖️💜✖️💜💜💜✖️(UnderCals)
    ✖️💚✖️✖️✖️✖️✖️(30g>NetCarb)
    ✖️✖️✖️✖️🥊✖️✖️(3x🥊Weekly)
    Wk2 Total Cals: 12949 Cals
    Wk2 Result: 147.2lbs = 4lb gain⬆️/2.79%

I didn’t log my weight this week because I wasn’t sure if my overnight 4 lb gain was all that realistic. Im thinking it was mostly water/sodium weight from one night of bad eating. I was on my best behavior all week but then splurged the night before weighing in. I didn’t want to bring down the teams average if the number was just inflated. But I’ll know for sure on Monday🤗 This happens when I have an eventful “food” weekend. So I’m gonna go ahead and move my weigh-in day to Mondays and hopefully that’ll help me eat better over weekends😊

I am working on week #2 results for the MUAC and I do not know how to see week #2 on the spreadsheet.

If you click on the 'hamburger' menu on the bottom left, you can choose which sheet, including hidden ones, to see:

Then when you are in the sheet view, click on the arrow next to the sheet name to duplicate and rename the new copied sheet. I find that's the best way to make a new week, if you ever need to do that!

@JMTiv1979 I'd bet a good number of your steps are made on trips to the bathroom!! Well done on an active and thoroughly hydrated week!

@gamommy2 Congratulations on winning the bidding war for your new home! An exciting, yet very busy few weeks are ahead of you. Just think how liberating it will feel to purge all of your no-longer necessary belongings and start fresh!

Real estate is crazy everywhere, it seems. My son had been living with his cousin, but the girlfriend is moving in, so my son is moving out. He is a single man who does not make 30 bucks an hour, so affording to maintain a home and all its expenses on his own is impossible. He could buy one; he would just be extremely house rich and cash poor and he has a well researched spreadsheet with all the numbers to prove it! So, he is moving in with another friend, his best friend, and his wife and their infant daughter. He was always welcome to come back home, but at 27 years old, that is not something he wants to do!
