annabananamc wrote: ยป@JMTiv1979 - The June spreadsheet was hiding behind May Week 4, so I moved it forward to the front. See if you can see it now? It feels weird to NOT be in the challenge this month. I think I'll do the spreadsheet for weeks I'm here with wifi just to stay accountable.
I tried out SUP (standup paddleboarding) today with a lesson and a tour. I LOVED it! I'm going back on Sunday I think. It also burns a TON of calories an hour which was a bonus. It's hard work but fun. Anyone else do SUP?
Thank you!!!! I was able to find it yesterday.
I have always wanted to try paddleboarding BUT I have a legit anxiety attack when I get in water over my head and there is wildlife (snorkeling in Aruba did not end well) . If I could try it in a pool, I would be thrilled. I think Jaws traumatized me. ๐ฆ1 -

WRD Wednesday June 2, 2021Weekly Roundtable DiscussionPost a picture and recipe.
What is your favorite foods right now? Iโm on a protein/latte kick right now. Iโve been making this every day around 1pm (when I eat my first meal of the day)
For the rest of the week please take a moment and share your go-to foods/recipe/photos!
Thank you!!Disclaimer: I double this recipe now and have to use Starbucks blonde roast(I know it! Iโm a total coffee snob now.. sigh)
Found a cabbage steak recipe on Pinterest and added bacon, parmesan cheese and Everything bagel seasoning.

I think that MoonGoddess, Rozeena and I the only non-Americans on the team, so to all the rest of you, I hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day long weekend! (Although it does sound like there was rain for some of you....sorry). And if you "over enjoyed" yourself, it is still early in the week, so lots of time to undo any damage on the scales. Plus, as an added bonus, there are FIVE weeks in the June Challenge! I am inspired to think of what I can do with these five weeks!! How about you???
I'm going to aim to lose 1lb a week. I lost my mojo the last couple of weeks, but I'm ready to go again3 -

@rawrxamberx That's the spirit, Amber! And remember, going "all in" means not giving up when things go awry; but making the necessary course corrections and continuing to move forward!2 -
