    I was horrible this weekend, no tracking, barely any exercise. Gonna try to get myself together the rest of the week.

    Friday is usually my lowest weight day. I would prefer Friday

    Great, just put in the request; it looks like you never actually specified a weigh in day on your sign up (https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10836887/july-biggest-loser-registrations-open#latest) so it may have defaulted to Tuesdays.

    Today my boyfriend decided we he was derailing his diet and wasn't about to tank his without convincing me to tank mine too as it's my 39th month of sobriety today, (3.25 years!)

    I feel bad about eating it but I think it was also a blessing in disguise. I've wanted burrito's really bad since Friday but, I found out after eating most of it that the restaurant messed up and put cheese in my food so now I am sick. I don't want a burrito ever again right now LOL.

    New day tomorrow.

    CONGRATULATIONS on your sobriety! WOW!!! What an amazing accomplishment; I am proud of you!!

    (I love burritos too, omg, and have found that a burrito bowl with very little rice, lots of black beans and fajita veg plus guac and salsa and a handful of chips will really satisfy my craving...I get two meals out of it, too!)

    Argh - missed yesterday’s check in! Just got distracted by life! But I got my workout in and actually went for a run for the first time in months. Today is arm day push and some cardio (haven’t decided what yet). Also need to hit the grocery store and run some errands. Almost Friday team - have an awesome day today.

    Omg that sounds so incredible! This past year I have discovered avocado and all it's amazingness to be had so I will definitely try this! :)
