Thanks @TXRebelle! Good news..lockdown is over..wohoo! I know how you feel about this weight gain thingy. Just hang in there as once your body is settle in the new low weight, then it will loose again. For me, am struggling to see 59-something kg now...a long way to go for me.

Ironically, this is almost verbatim what I posted last week. *sigh*
I had a weird uptick this morning after being below 164 most of the week and seeing a new low of 163.4. :(
    Still trending down though...

I've been stalled out all month of July - just got back on track this week and losing what I re-gained. I'm seriously behind/off-track but I'll get there eventually!

I hear you! I'd just like to be going back in the right direction. And for the record, I count and weigh every calorie that I eat or drink. I also exercise and strength train on a regular schedule. :) So, hopefully we are burning fat. Are you measuring? I've been steadily losing inches especially where I carry the fat in my waist.

@TXRebelle I'm right there beside you, going up and down the same 4 pounds for the last month. I keep forgetting to post my weight but basically I'm up from where I was in June

I tried to change my weight loss ticker and I messed it up - it said I lost 40 pounds! uh, no....Now it says I've lost one pound, which is correct as far as this week but i'm still 'up' overall

@TXRebelle - I guess we are both stuck for a while. Oh well, at least you are losing inches which is good news! I don't really measure but silly me has a jeans which fits me nicely and when my weight got up to the mid 130s, I couldn't zip up my jeans at all. When I started losing a little, I can zip it up while holding my breath. Currently, I can zip up without holding my breath but I have bad muffin top :( Right now, I can only fit into an AUS Size 8 jeans and my aim is to fit into a AUS Size 6 jeans which I wore when I was at my GW. Don't know when I can fit into that again...lol.
    Let's do this together! <3

@ItsTime2BMe - Aww..you too? Not sure what's happening to us all :( Let's keep trying and I am sure the weight will go downwards! Let's do this together! <3

@jadepearl - Due to the 110 heat index, I'm not going as hard core this week on the exercise and I'm also adding back in some on plan things that I've been avoiding so if the scale doesn't go up, I'll be thrilled. :) And if my waist still stays this low, I'll be happy.

I wonder what the difference in the AUS and USA sizes are. I can't remember how tall you are, but you weigh 30+ lbs less than I do and I wear 10 USA jeans. Actually, I can fit in an 8, but get the mushroom that shows if I wear tight shirts so I usually stick with my 10's. I'm also top heavy though.

I lost the water weight from last week, but my average calories are still below 1200 so I don't know why I quit losing. As I said in my post earlier, I'm adding back some calories/carbs so we'll see how much damage that causes...

    Have a great weekend!

Hang in there @TXRebelle! You will suddenly find your weight drops just like me. I had a shock this morning as my weight has been hovering for weeks. But this morning, the scale flashed 59kg (130lbs). So, I am thrilled! Its gonna happen to you too.. :) We are in Winter now here in Down Under. Our summer will be during Christmas (Dec-Feb). Sometimes, our body just got use to whatever we are doing and a change will get our body moving again.

As for the AUS and USA sizes, I am still a little confused. I buy a lot of clothes from Cotton On. I heard that there's Cotton On in USA too. I am a pear-shaped. So, in Cotton On, when it comes to my top half, I always go for size XS or S. But for my bottom, I will have to go for bigger pants and jeans, its always size 8. I also try to understand the clothes sizes around the world as I tend to get confuse when I talk to others from around the world. Here's an article which talks about the sizes - https://www.newidea.com.au/womens-jeans-size-chart-pant-size-conversion. So, if I follow the article, then I suppose to be able to fit into a US Jeans size of 4. I really don't know if that's correct or not.
