    @wilsonkellies You were removed in July because you missed two weigh ins in a row...please go to the Registration page and re-register...thanks! If you had emailed me in advance or posted you'd be out of town/unavailable on either of the missed days, I could have given the message to excuse you with the MODS. I understand things come up, but just let one of the Captains know to plan in advance.

    That's cos I'm a muppet 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ those are 3rd & 4th. I haven't quite finished the 5th!! Currently on 7,500 so I need to jog on spot or something 😆😆😆

    @ssssseika what do you put in your salad with tofu? Do you cook the tofu, use flavoured or just raw? I'm not very good with tofu but trying to explore different ways.

    @JoDavo66 , I usually eat tofu as raw with lettuce, cucumber, and seaweed.
    (I am Japanese, and that's how I have been eating it this way ever since I was little.)
    I would say it can be boiled before topping it on the veggies.
    I would recommend you with any type of Asian Dressing (especially sesame seed dressing) with it!

    Bad food choices this week...swelling this morning, but I've done 3000 steps as penance and I'm determined to have a better day...all I can do...hardest thing is to let it go and move forward, so that's what I'm doing! THIS FAT WILL NOT RULE ME! :smiley:

    @jessicakrall8- the July dates were the week I was isolating, on special diet, in hospital & recovering- those were the ones I didn't count- didn't have fitbit on for some of the days.

    Steps for
    5th: 7,499
    6th: 10,056.
