My day was prety okay food wise, but I have been feeling awful. A lot of headaches and very tired. When I eventually gave in and took an hour long nap, I woke up nauseated and feeling worse than before. Thanks body! Will probably skip working out if I don't feel better before bedtime.6

I felt like that one day last week. I skipped workout and drank even more water the day skipped workout again only did a light walk then it was ok afters

I've been pretty good diet wise with a cheat here and there but staying calorie deficit. Though today I felt so ravenous, very unlike me for te past month and stuffed my face 🤣 had fairly healthy food but not deficit, just a little over normal cals, did a 30 min walk only too today and no workout. Hope it's not going to bite me in the *kitten* this week 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🙈3

I ran 4 miles this morning for the first time! I didn't think I was physically or mentally ready yet, but I did it! And yesterday I hit 40lbs of weight loss. August is starting out strong!

Devastating- I thought all the walking & the few days back on routine would ensure a loss. Unless I have over 1,000cal daily deficit every day- nothing happens. 500 daily supposed to be 1-2lb off.

@JoDavo66 Don't let it get you down...try to do something new to shake things up...seems like you might be in a plateau...they suck! Hang in there!
@kerdil08 I will notify the MODS...is there anything we can do to help?!! Why don't you take a break from the tracking and weigh ins, but keep things moving...regain your motivation...talk to us...perhaps we can offer some suggestions to help. Whatever you're going through...I'm sure there are a few going through something similar...

@JoDavo66 I've started drinking these 8 oz protein smoothies that are various fruit flavors, low calories, low sodium, low fat, low sugar and they're delicious...plus they have 12-16 grams of protein...my favorites are Mango and Peach, but the Blueberry, Strawberry, Honey Banana are good too. Only two I haven't tried are Vanilla and Raspberry because I don't for those flavors...they're only $1.29 each...
I shop at Kroger, but the brand name is CarbMaster.

I usually don't have breakfast because I have been doing IF for a while.
What I usually eat for Lunch is Tofu Salad, soup and whatever available!4 -
