    @gjaholy33 I had a personal trainer when I started, changed my life. She's the reason I am where I am today.

    Fun fact: It never gets easier, you just get stronger!

    Yes you're right I remember when I first started I couldn't hold a gallon without my hand shaking and now I'm doing so much more than I expected, including standing longer as well. So I am going to stick with it and hopefully I'll have over the 100lbs weightloss like you.❤ You've been my inspiration and sometimes motivation on not to give up. So thank you👍🏾

    P.S. I'll stick around and cause this group gives me strength especially on my bad days.

    Comments: I am definitely not a spring chicken anymore. I am determined this week. My dad is coming Sat/Sun to help us finish our deck.     Calories: Way under, Idk if I'm to busy to be hungry or what, but I wasn't hungry and didn't eat much
    Exercise: Yes, 50 mins weightlifting, 10 mins yoga, cut half my yard, got my chairs pained, power washed my entry way (that somehow always destroys my arms/back)

    Comments: I am nearing completion on my really long list. I have just a tad left on painting for tomorrow, the 2nd half of my grass, and that is really it. Tomorrow will be a rest day, but I'll still walk 2 miles. Active rest is what's best for me. Keeps me lose and functional.
