Please remove me from this month's challenge, if I'm in it. I didn't weigh in the last week of August because of Hurricane Ida and missed this week's weigh in because I was still evacuated. I'm home now but don't have all my regular food yet so not really eating for weight loss. I will rejoin in October.

I was in a car accident last night. Someone hit me from behind, and landed me in the ER. I didn’t track anything, and I won’t be for the next couple days. I hurt all over.3 -

Hey guys so today I tried to experiment with my food so that I can try to introduce more new vegetables into my diet and let's just say it did not go well so all that food was wasted. 😞
So I am trying to cook something else again in my foodi Slow cooker. It's my take on a Tex-Mex vegetable fajita brown rice. Hopefully it comes out well I'm learning this way of eating although I need to keep my food interesting so I don't get bored so sometimes you have good results and sometimes you have flops and today was a flop.

Today was a good day. My last attempt last night at making Fajita brown rice with veggies was so good. My knees are hurting as it's time to get my cortisone shots again but proud that I was able to still workout and not give in too the pain. It probably has a lot to do with my new eating lifestyle of no animal products, dairy or oil which apparently causes inflammation.
