Hey Team Slimsons. . .
I missed the registration for September but still wanted to stop by and say Heeeeyyyy!🤣🤣
My health has been on a downward spiral for the past few months. Still can't get these lung issues under control but still remaining positive and focus.
Started back on track May 13th and have been going strong since.
110 days no fast/junk food
30 days of Whole Food Plant Base Lifestyle
(No oil, animals products or dairy)
54.9lbs weightloss since May
I praying everyone is staying safe, strong during this pandemic and remaining focus on their goals❤👏🏾👏🏾ROOTING 4 YOU! YOU GOT THIS!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

@gjaholy33 Glad to see you're still doing okay despite your lung issues. I hope those get under control! Feel free to stick around and hang out with us.
54 lbs is amazing! Congrats.0 -
@gjaholy33 I had a personal trainer when I started, changed my life. She's the reason I am where I am today.
Fun fact: It never gets easier, you just get stronger!0 -
Daily Post Wednesday
Track: Yes
Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes, 50 mins weightlifting, 10 minutes yoga, 1 mile walk/jog--fun fact about that--I did it in 16 mind and 8 weeks ago it took me 28 minutes
Comments: I am definitely not a spring chicken anymore. I am determined this week. My dad is coming Sat/Sun to help us finish our deck. I have got many things to get done before then, painting my outside chairs, power washing the front of my house, and I have 5 days worth of workouts to get done before then and I normally rest in the middle but I can't this week. My body is tired. But I am on a streak, I've turned that corner and I know I can't stop or I'll derail my progress. So I guess we will have to rest next week lol. I am happy though, These last few months have been hard and I am finally turning that around.1 -

Yes you're right I remember when I first started I couldn't hold a gallon without my hand shaking and now I'm doing so much more than I expected, including standing longer as well. So I am going to stick with it and hopefully I'll have over the 100lbs weightloss like you.❤ You've been my inspiration and sometimes motivation on not to give up. So thank you👍🏾
P.S. I'll stick around and cause this group gives me strength especially on my bad days.1 -

Daily Post Thursday
Track: Yes
Calories: Way under, Idk if I'm to busy to be hungry or what, but I wasn't hungry and didn't eat much
Exercise: Yes, 50 mins weightlifting, 10 mins yoga, cut half my yard, got my chairs pained, power washed my entry way (that somehow always destroys my arms/back)
Comments: I am nearing completion on my really long list. I have just a tad left on painting for tomorrow, the 2nd half of my grass, and that is really it. Tomorrow will be a rest day, but I'll still walk 2 miles. Active rest is what's best for me. Keeps me lose and functional.1 -
