40 min walk then chasing after bub for 3 hours at the park.

Ps. I'm at 57.8kgs so I'm just under my goal weight. I'm going to try my hardest to keep it there but not get disheartened if the scale goes up.

I really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts yesterday. So inspirational!
I woke up at 5am this morning which isn’t great but decided to make the most of it and go for a run outside... something I haven’t done in a really long time but managed 3 miles, woo-hoo! I loved it! Then in the afternoon I did a Pilates class.
I noticed I was hungrier than usual but I still managed to stay below my budget 😅 and now I’m going to bed at 8:30pm to avoid eating anything else 😝

Tracked, within, and my goodness deep cleaning a home should be counted as running a marathon, xlol13

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Walked for 30 minutes with dogs between rainfall events (it poured!), did 52 min long low impact aerobics DVD, 12 minutes on the elliptical (all I could handle, and I did that in 2 bouts!)

I walked at a little over 3mph for 43 minutes at lunch working on getting my cardio and pace up did some flexibility but I am out of steam! Tracked logged stayed under kitchen closed!

Exercise: 5k run this morning (new best speeds for 1k and 1 mile, but still finished the 5k 10 seconds slower than last time on the same course), and a fast 35 minute walk this evening.
Tracking:
Calories: Intentionally ate more for breakfast and lunch to make sure to get my calories up, then realized I didn't have much left for dinner, lol.8 -
Exercise:✅ Today was an active recovery day, and I needed it as I am ouchy all over. Yoga 10 hips, Pilates 15, Core 10, Spin Low Impact 25. Tomorrow is supposed to glutes and legs day but I think I might need to swap it with arms and shoulders. We'll see how bad it is tomorrow. The 10 min cores are killing me the most though.

I only got in one walk today at work (45 mins). I worked 1/2 day at my full time job so I could go work a "full day" giving massages. Whew! I'm beat tonight! We leave in the morning, driving to Little Rock to visit my DH's son and his family. (He's the one who recently retired from the USAF). It's a 12 hour drive. Once we get there, I'll go grocery shopping for the things that I can eat/drink!! Lol.12 -

Class at the gym tonight. Had to modify stuff as the arm that they blew the vein in during my MRI last week is still super ouchie. In brighter news my MRI was fine. Apparently the asymmetry in my throat is just… my throat and not a mass. My throat is, and I quote, “naturally asymmetrical and unremarkable”. Doctors really have a way of making you feel good about yourself 😂😂😂.
Impromptu shopping trip with my sister in law tomorrow to get work clothes that fit, since the last in person meeting I had to go to was 35lbs ago and that 35lbs saw lots of inches lost. I have an in person meeting I must travel to at the end of the month.13 -
Back on track today!
Exercise: lots of farm chores and walking. More than 2 hours. Active stretching too
