I only got in one walk today at work (45 mins). I worked 1/2 day at my full time job so I could go work a "full day" giving massages. Whew! I'm beat tonight! We leave in the morning, driving to Little Rock to visit my DH's son and his family. (He's the one who recently retired from the USAF). It's a 12 hour drive. Once we get there, I'll go grocery shopping for the things that I can eat/drink!! Lol.12 -

Class at the gym tonight. Had to modify stuff as the arm that they blew the vein in during my MRI last week is still super ouchie. In brighter news my MRI was fine. Apparently the asymmetry in my throat is just… my throat and not a mass. My throat is, and I quote, “naturally asymmetrical and unremarkable”. Doctors really have a way of making you feel good about yourself 😂😂😂.
Impromptu shopping trip with my sister in law tomorrow to get work clothes that fit, since the last in person meeting I had to go to was 35lbs ago and that 35lbs saw lots of inches lost. I have an in person meeting I must travel to at the end of the month.13 -

The smartest response, for me, today, was to make healthy choices, stop eating when the real hunger was satisfied, and keep away from the rest. I am shutting this *kitten* of a day down now and heading to bed.

Day 3 of the beginner EPIC was actually not as hard as I was expecting. It had some side planks that I had trouble with but otherwise everything was fine. I can tell I hit some new ab muscles though. It doesn't hurt so much as feel slightly uncomfortable. Up until yesterday I hadn't done planks and didn't realize there were so many variations. The ones where I used both arms for support weren't hard but the ones with only one arm were a little challenging which makes sense since it would support more body weight.
@Winner_in_Life I have a 2" thick folding mat which is working well. I've had it for years. I also have a yoga mat and that wouldn't be enough padding.6 -

Exercise was a jillian michaels body revolution. I really like jillian for short workouts to squeeze into a day. They switch up enough that I don't get bored.6
