 I agree with this nugget, but it's not exactly an epiphany. Maybe I'm just fortunate enough that I really don't have anything/anyone else to blame for my bad choices. Maybe the sub-point of this that has been the biggest lesson for me is that I have to make room for snacks, because I'm not going to give them up. I know it's slower, I know it's not as healthy as I could be, but it's what's sustainable for me.4

 I think that sometimes too — and know that despite my limitations and challenges I cannot change, I do have many things that I can control. I try to focus on those.
