I say you completed more of the bingo! 👏🎉 Does the smoothie taste good? My daughter makes some that look awful but she says they taste ok. Something like this may be a good way for me to get some kale and fruit in my diet. Awesome activity tips!

A very low calorie option to get your water in. I want to get a soda stream to mix my water intake up.

Sleep is good. It makes sense the fetal position helps as you are taking pressure off the nerve. Great news you are going to have another workout partner. I am sure you make a great trainer. I hope you woke up today feeling a little better.

My tip for increasing activity is if you have a desk job make yourself get up and walk around every 30 minutes. Also use your chair and do at least 15 in/outs every hour2

Doesn’t sound lame! I have been considering making different foods for my husband as he is also a wimp. I really want to explore some vegetarian recipes. Good for you trying new activity. Did you enjoy the yoga?

I will move you to support until you can weigh again. Don’t beat yourself up about the last two weeks. You have been going through so much you need to have compassion for yourself. Look for ways to exercise. There are tons of chair exercises on YouTube. Get a small set of dumbbells and do some arm exercises with those. Remember to be kind to yourself.

Staying out of the candy is awesome. If there is one around I am sure to grab some and then it is a nightmare trying to log as I can never remember how many I took. Massage sounds so good!

I did get my key to the pool yesterday so I am all set for getting in under the new rules. I had a fairly decent workout but I did have to catch my breath every now and then. I will miss the pool the next few days.
I will gain weight this week. My food as been off and the nighttime eating has happened 3 times this week. I know it’s my anxiety which as been getting worse over the last while. I need to find a better way to deal with the anxiety besides eating. I need to have some compassion for myself instead of beating myself up about this. I pray the injection works today and I can get back to some of the activities I love such as walking in the fall. Walking is a great anxiety medication.
Off to prep some stuff for supper. Hubby is cooking tonight which is a rare occasion.

Check in for 10/13:
Steps - 5312.
Calories - 1413. Nice eating today. Light cal meals
Exercise- slow walk around the block going to the store to get gravy. 0.9 miles.
I bought another new item to cook. Delicata squash. I would love to roast it tomorrow with my meatloaf but the temp is to high, 425, compared to meatloaf, 350. Don't know if I can compromise at 400. Now that I'm thinner and eating well I can get away with trying new things.
You could also cube up the squash, parboil it and saute it in a pan3 -
@lindamtuck2018 Thank you for reminding me of my dance video goal I had started last year. The channel I was using has been posting new videos all this time so I've got lots to catch up on haha.
I chose one yesterday to do, to pick up where I left off, and it felt great to be dancing again. It was 36mins, and ended up being a great one too so I saved it!3 -

I see my podiatrist this morning .....My knee is still bruised and swollen (even though I ice it daily) but I am not limping which is a good thing ..my ankle is sore but I think this is the one that he said has arthritis in it (this is the ankle that twisted when I fell on our walk on 10/4 ) ...no other news to report from me ... I hope everyone else is doing great ... I have been in a funk for a bit is why you haven't heard much from me ... I am trying to pull myself out of it but I am struggling5

@lindamtuck2018 It's kinda a acquired taste with all the supplements. But if you made a kale and fruit one I think it's delicious. I find that the kale is much easier for me to eat in a smoothie. The banana especially but all the fruit balances of the kales bitterness.7 -

hi guys just checking in ..so today i kinda did an NSV (another tick on the bingo) there was cake and i was craving it and i WAS going to have some ...plus i wanted biscuits..i even walked to the free care cafe at work and they had ran out of biscuits or i would have had one ..so figured ok cake...but i didnt have time now i am glad i didnt make the effort to go get some cake ..and stuck to my calories instead!3

Thanks Linda ... He didn't help much ... he said oh my your knee looks awful ... and he said you have osteoporosis and arthritis in your left ankle ..my appt. was for 8:30am I didn't see him until 9:206 -

Today I was able to speak with a local Pharmacist about Managing my Type2 Diabetes. She really helped me a lot and now I see my Primary Doctor tomorrow, I can share her information with him. Hopefully he listens. 👍4 -
Hi everyone! Wow, so much happens when you don't read posts for 24 hours! I'm impressed with how well everyone is doing at BINGO. I'm also sending positive thoughts to all of you currently struggling with health issues and/or injuries.
I've done okay this week, my macros are right on track, but my calorie intake is higher than it should be. I've been doing too much mindless eating in the evenings while watching shows with my husband, so I'm going to take a break from the TV tonight and instead take a bath, read a book, and go to bed early. I'm hoping that will help me be on track for my weigh-in tomorrow! My weight on Tuesday was great, down another pound, but then today it had jumped up even more than the start of the month... I know it's probably mostly water retention, but I need to scale to be going in right direction!
My NSV is running during the lunch hour twice this week, even though it was cold and rainy both days. Usually I prefer to exercise after work, but it's getting darker much earlier now so running during lunch ensures that I can't skip out in the evenings.6 -

It came out terrrrrrrrrific ....so easy and sooooooo yummy and the best part 1 pan to clean4
