Exercise: Yes, 55 minute walk outside and fitmas challenge. Last day for the challenge! It amused me the creator spelled bridge 3 different ways but typos aside it was worth doing. Learned some new exercises and seeing how hard some were to do is good motivation for me to figure out a good strength training routine now. Been looking at info on a few different sites to get a basic balance routine down and will go from there.
A fitness instructor/YouTuber is doing a “personal training style structured program” using custom mode of ring fit adventure for the month of January. I’ve found his other videos helpful and think I am going to try it. He is doing three different programs depending on your goals. Debating if I want to do the lose weight one(focusing more on cardio) or the toning one(more focus on resistance movements). I can always do the other program another month so not that big a deal which one but still decisions are hard

Comments/Goals/Day: I need to lose 4.5lbs in 15 days to meet my December goal of 180 for the month. I'm really working towards that. I spent a lot of time on the phone today with two different medication support people. I put an APP on my phone, and I filled out an application for financial assistance for next year. If approved I can get my most expensive medication free for a year, because come Jan 2022 it will cost $800+ a month. It's terrible what they charge for medications. They assigned my own personal nurse to call if I have any questions. And my doctor is wonderful, he offered to give me samples until the paperwork gets approved.2 -

Comments/Goals/Day: My right knee is really bad; pain gel and a wrap are not helping much. I'm a tad worried about it. The last thing I want is knee surgery. I'm using my cane to get around the house so I didn't get in 3000 steps today I missed it by 200, I might make it by bedtime.1 -
