This is it!! Last day of 2021!! I'm going for a walk @12:30...my trainer isn't feeling good today. I didn't feel good yesterday so it's kinda a trade... :#
The kids are coming over later today to play and end the year in our traditional way...food and coffee and tea and water and food...and cookies!!! Our eating has changed up a bit since Sara and Ronan are gluten and lactose intolerant. No ice cream here!!! We do make it work tho and they are much happier!!
I hope you all have a great day and we'll all start the New Year on the right path...strapped in our wagons to keep us from falling off...and not falling off the ledge into the vast cavern of food and drink. I make my pledge to eat right, exercise and report back here every day.
I love you guys! I love that you are standing with me on my journey to my goal!!

Skipping a NYE party at the old Mint in SF tonight because of the crowds. Helped set it up yesterday though.

They had me decorate rooms, climb ladders to hang ivy and unpack art. Haven't worked out in a couple years and it shows. Six hours of what was essentially Stairmaster and arm workouts really did me in - but it feels great today.

Shelley, Did you get a new urchin? Do they move around? I hope Rocky is better (and you too from your cold). It's hard to get energy back after being laid out for several days.

Chris, Strapped to a wagon is the perfect image. I'm with you! STRENGTH!

Karen, May you have a lovely rest after what must be an amazingly hectic holiday season for you every year. Your family and friends sound so loving. Probably because you inspire it in them.

Kathy, Hope your stress level is going down too. Workouts are one of the best relievers, don't you find? I forget that - but it's so good for us.

Love you all. Happy New Year.
    Virtual hugs!!!

Paula it is a green pin cushion urchin. A tiny baby. It does move. And rather quickly at times. I put it in a large tank and I believe it is behind the rocks. It could be weeks before I see it again. I love the image you put into my head. Chris strapped into her wagon. I immediately seen all of us strapped in and racing downhill. :# Don't wteck! Wish you had photos of the decorations.

Chris can they have lactose free ice cream? Not sure if it has gluten. Or sherbet. My personal fav.

I agree with you all ladies. We are stronger together. I am not eating after 8:30. That might sound late but it is an hour and a half earlier than before. Even doing it this week. Maybe next month I will change it to 8:00 pm

I am going to work out with a friend tomorrow. I do better with someone watching. Today I went to breakfast with friends and then finished a jigsaw puzzle.

    Happy New Year
