Exercise: Yes, Ring Fit Adventure Kickstart day 20, Flexibility. Did the playlist once, 20 minutes. Also went on a walk outside, 48 minutes.
Thanks for the advice! It's good to know a bit more about what to expect, and what discussion/focus should be. My first appointment will be in a couple weeks. Timing works out that I will be done with the Ring fit kickstart challenge and can have any homework as my first focus instead
