Fab February

Time for a new thread! I am looking forward to continuing to develop better habits in February. I was by no means perfect in January, but working really hard to develop new habits and let go of some definitely NOT good for me habits.

My focus for this month is making a couple non-negotiables. Mindfulness for at least 10 minutes and treadmill or outside walking at least 30 minutes every day. I hope I can do more than that, but I want to make it reasonable and build from there. I really slacked off on the morning treadmill after my fall but have been back at it the past 3 days.

Food today was awful, just awful. Ate too many peanut butter pretzels from the office snack cabinet and had a frozen entree for lunch which had oil. It's okay, tomorrow will be better.

Preparing for snowpocalypse now. We're supposed to get 3" (not so bad) to 6" (which kind of sucks) but also 1/4 inch or more of ice underneath it. I am planning to work from home tomorrow, as are the other gals in the office, but if I lose power then I'm screwed. The ice makes that much more likely.

Like I wasn't behind on work enough already!

Morning Ladies…thanks for starting us off, M.

Pain woke me up…so …saltines, ginger ale and pain pill. Six hour intervals now… (was 4 hours) I went 7.5 just now

Doc wants me to stay on top of pain meds…not worried about addiction. More concerned about no sleep and knee not getting the bend it needs.

Anyway at PT yesterday MY bend was 94 degrees. Not easy…tears were involved.

Today’s goal…my own PT sessions…and my first order from SPROUTS…BROCCOLI…oh, how I’ve mussed you. Fresh spinach a staple cuz it’s so easy to steam in microwave…but broccoli is more involved.

I tried making a fresh meal the other day…took too much outta me.

My go to is AMYS gf plant based bean and rice burrito. Easy to prep , cheap, satisfying…perfect for my tummy.

OK I have to tell you I made a friend in the TKR Facebook group… she is from PERTH Australia. She is also the only plant-based person I came across in the group and we feel strongly that our recovery is totally coming along so much better than so many others because of our plant-diet.

People show pictures of their knees and the horrible swelling and major bruising ! I had very little bruising I had some swelling on the lower side and now with icing and elevating all the time it’s going down but the bruising was very minimal… the stitches look good the scar looks good and I attribute all of this to a healthy plant based diet

So, well of course I wish I would’ve lost that 15 pounds prior to surgery BUT the healthy plant-based diet is really KEY to minimal to none after-surgery complications

I’ve seen all the snow Mihani and wow it doesn’t look fun. Carla hope the knitting is going well and thank you guys for all the best wishes and that concern I’m doing great. Lulu is by my side the whole time she’s only really made one mistake and we were gone for quite some time and that was the only time but otherwise she’s using her Wii we pads.

It is the middle of the night here and I wanted to take the time to say hello to you guys and let you know where I am the only fresh food I making right now is steamed vegetables which are spinach and spinach and broccoli otherwise I’m using all frozen prepared meals but that’s OK my goal is to get this knee to heal and get myself moving. I have graduated from the walker to a cane. I still will be going to therapy three times a week and that’s all I know right now in my whole life revolves around icing, elevation, keeping the swelling down and bending that knee my extension is I think it said it is it zero which is perfect but my bend is got a ways to go they want you to get to 120°

I am dictating this and I’m starting to think I’m rambling a little bit so I just wanted to do my best to check in with you and see that it is working pretty good that the microphone so it’s easier for me to talk to you this way and I can check in daily now I love you guys I’ll talk to you soon happy February and I can’t believe I’m I am I just can’t believe where I am right now I’m so grateful to God and to everyone every day to my Doctor Who is my miracle worker talk to you later

I hope you were able to make sense of that post you guys. I’m going to make another one later today and I’ll dictate it and I’ll do better because this dictation is actually doing really great if I take the time to use punctuation and make sure that I’m speaking clearly.

I love you guys thank you for your wishes of get well and I’ll talk to you soon have a wonderful February 3

Hi Nanc! Glad to hear from you and especially that your recovery is going so well. :) Sounds like you are doing great eating well considering you can't cook much right now. How are your things you ordered? I can't remember the brand now. Harvest something I think? Give Lulu an extra snuggle from me.

So far I still have power, yay! I ran the dishwasher and charged up my phone last night to be safe, and doing a load of laundry now. Will head up to my desk shortly but I slept in until 7:30 since we had decided yesterday that we'd work from home. All our clients we had scheduled today cancelled. We do have people scheduled tomorrow so we'll see. Depends on the amount of snow we get. I want this icy crud to turn to snow sooner rather than later, because the ice makes it more likely I will lose power.

I should be fired... getting to work late when I'm home! LOL

    Plan for today...
B - ezekiel toast with a smidge of almond butter, an apple
L - lentil soup from the freezer stash, raw veggies
D - roasted baby potatoes and cooked greens, blueberries with forager unsweetened vanilla yogurt

🤣🤣🤣 Late for work, working from home. Stay safe…praying your power does not go out.

BTW, yesterday was my first shower…glorious!

Great to get the full update, Nanc! A glorious shower...awesome. It does feel so good when it's been a while. I really like using diction if I'm on my phone.

I'm glad you still have your power, Mihani. And that you are staying home and out of the chaos. AND your secretary is back...all good stuff. Good goals for the TM and mindfulness, too.

Yesterday was day 3 of no sweets, no snacks, and eating between 11am and 4pm. It is a big struggle, but I'm proud that I've come this far especially as I don't feel motivated enough to do all the right things.
If that makes sense. I've just decided that what I can do right now is eat only plant based foods, and only in that window. I do 2 walks with the dogs as a minimum too I guess.

I'm down 2 lbs. Many to go. But this ship is turning around!

Mornin' all... we got a fair amount of snow but it's not too terrible. Looks to be about 4" and we may get another 1 to 2. The freezing rain lasted forever yesterday though. Lots of ice out there under the snow. I'm going to the office but not until a bit later. Thinking there won't be much traffic today but at least want to wait for it to be full light out for visibility. Hopefully can cut out a little early too.

I've tried to do intermittent fasting, Carla, but it's difficult with the hours I work. I don't want to eat all my meals at the office because I never get an uninterrupted enjoyable meal there. But I do try to avoid snacking between meals and not eat after 6 p.m. so I have a good 12 hours or more between dinner and breakfast.

I need to plan a juice day this week. I bought some new juice that is not cold press so it lasts longer. I haven't tried it yet but they sound good. I got 3 days worth and haven't decided if I am going to try to do a full 3 days in a row or just once a week for a few weeks. If I like it I'll keep ordering so I always have some on hand but won't have to worry that it will go bad in a few days.

    Plan for today...
B - ezekiel toast with a smidge of almond butter, an apple
L - cooked greens, onions, mushrooms and beans concoction from the freezer supply, an orange
D - butternut squash and quinoa recipe that looks pretty darn good!

I do need to run to the store for cranberries and fresh parsley for the recipe so if the weather gets worse I may have to change dinner plans.

Well, things change fast! One gal from the office got stuck in the parking lot of her condo (and she has a huge SUV) and the other can't get out of her driveway. I am waiting for the guy to show up and shovel my driveway, but the streets in my neighborhood rarely get plowed right away so it could be dicey getting out of here. My boss is still home too, but is going to try to get there this afternoon.

So we're all staying home. I will plan to go to the office for most of the day on Sunday because I have some work that can't be done here and I had planned to get that done today.

I am disappointed I can't make that butternut squash recipe tonight though.

Went out and measured and there's actually 5.5" of snow out there, with another couple expected throughout the day. It's freezy cold too.

    Happy Friday!

Yesterday was my 4th day of intermittent fasting and no snacking. Whew. That one was just as rough as day 3. I need to push through one day at a time.

It's a rainy day here. I finally got some waterproof pants that I actually like. They are lined with something soft, so they feel good against bare skin, but aren't thick, bulky and too hot. Before now, my rain jacket would just let all of the water run down to my jeans.

    b - smoothie around noon
    l - oranges
d - mac oh geeze with broccoli, i think

missed your post, Mihani. Sounds like a bit of nasty weather, especially with an icy layer under the snow. Better to be home than out on the streets.

guy from thumbtack came right over and put it together...well, it was about 5

NOW, sitting in my office on this new chair, at my desk, posting to y'all.

finished lunch time soup for dinner and now into bed with lulu

    what a day.

God, thank you for all my blessings today...my heart is so filled with gratitude, I can barely talk to anyone without bursting into tears.

    Good morning!

Impressed with your IF Carla. And woohoo on the scale moving down!

Yay for PT going so well, Nanc. You'll be back in the pool before you know it.

The guy came and cleared my driveway yesterday so I think I'll venture out later. I need to run down to the office because I'm almost out of paper here and forgot to grab a couple reams as I was leaving on Wednesday. Plus I'll have 3 days of mail assuming they deliver today before I get there, so I will want to go through that. I also have to go in tomorrow pretty much all day to work on bookkeeping and I'm meeting with a client who I had to reschedule from yesterday.

Then to pick up my salads since I didn't get out yesterday to do that. I had my taste buds set for quinoa already so I made a big batch last night and thawed some lentil soup to pour over it. I think I'm just going to roast the butternut squash and add that and the leftover quinoa to my salads this week.

I've really been struggling the past week with snacky crackers and things, and drank some beers last night. I need to get back on track and focus on the veggies and fruit this week. Then I'll do juice on Fridays for the next few weeks to keep me away from the Friday night beer or wine. I did so well for a few weeks avoiding that but the past two Fridays not so much.

Managed to get my running done. The roads are dicey in places but not too bad. I cut into the butternut squash and both were really stringy. I think I put off cooking them too long. So I ended up tossing them. Sigh...

Made a huge skillet full of onion, mushrooms, kale, purple cabbage and baby spinach. Seriously, huge. I will be eating that for lunch all week with the quinoa I already made. Still need to make the Shane and Simple vinaigrette for my salads for dinners this week. Breakfasts are going to be mixed berries and diced apple sprinkled with cinnamon, and maybe a small bit of oats. I have to cut back on the grains again.

Spiralized a bunch of veggies to top my salad greens so I'm ready to go there.

uh oh, i've had a butternut squash kicking around for a long time. I have a bad feeling I'll be throwing it out as well.
A few snack fails this weekend, but saying no to breakfast out and gearing up for a new week.

Still having shoulder issues, so I haven't done any knitting at all. I've switched it up for now, moving to tapestry and some weaving if I can warp the loom without too much pain.

I'm cutting back on grains too, Mihani. None before dinner for me.

Hoping to get into a tapestry piece today. There's a juried art exhibit at our local art center with a submission deadline of midnight on Monday...if I'd have known a week earlier, I'd have it done, but I think it will be pretty difficult to get it done in time. It's there in my mind if things go faster than expected and I think I have a chance of completing it.

Oh bummer, Carla. I have been having pain in my upper right arm since I popped something a couple weeks ago and thought of you today when I had a twinge so I was going to ask about your shoulder. It doesn't hurt all the time just certain movements.

Good luck with your tapestry. Please share pics!

Hope your butternut squash survived. I was so disappointed. I think I've officially become addicted to butternut squash lately. I need to come up with something that uses broccoli and butternut squash so I can get both my "fixes" at once.

This is a vast improvement from the days I was addicted to the vegan junk food like daiya and gardein.

Just went on a search and this looks like something to try soon... https://wondermamas.com/vegan-broccoli-and-butternut-squash-buddha-bowl/

I spent about 4 hours in the office today. Huge pile of mail to go through, reviewed files for meetings tomorrow to make sure everything was ready, and met with a client we had to reschedule due to the weather on Friday. She was really grateful I could see her on the weekend.

Now I'm doing a load of laundry and going to get some more work done tonight. Probably LOL. Part of my brain is really trying to convince me to take a nap. I'm so tired.

B - 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup forager unsweetened vanilla cashew yogurt, a tablespoon of chia/flax mix, a couple walnut halves, cinnamon (this was super good)
L - quinoa with cooked veggies and greens I made yesterday
D - will be a big ol' salad with some chickpeas and Shane and Simple vinaigrette, an orange and a couple brazil nuts

I feel good about my choices today! :) That's my new focus. I want to end every day saying "I feel good about my choices".

By the way, I know the S&S vinaigrette has maple syrup in it. I respect Dr. F but his restrictions don't always work for me. I do think his 6 week plan is the BEST for getting yourself back on track, getting health benefits ASAP, and knocking off some pounds. I am fine with an Engine 2/McDougall style of eating long term though.

Nanc, how you doing today? We sure miss your regular posting and emojis. *hugs*

I ended up going to sleep at like 6:30 last night, and of course got up at 12:30 am and couldn't get back to sleep. Got a couple hours of work done and got to the office early which was fine since I was leaving early. Pup had a senior wellness visit with the vet. They will let me know about lab results, but everything else looked good.

I'm sooo tired now though, and need to force myself to stay awake until 8:00 so I can get back on schedule. We'll see if I make it.

Given my rather weird hours today and being tired my food was kind of all over the place...
    B -quinoa and cooked greens/mushrooms
L - Dr. McD soup at the office and ate a small salad when I got home before the vet
D - more salad in an ezekiel wrap, a couple natural delights bites
S - some brown rice crackers

I think I should go to sleep before I start foraging for more food. When I'm tired, I'm hungry.

I hope you get back on schedule, Mihani! I hate it when I crash super early and then can't get back to sleep.

Yesterday I finally got around to making the Mac oh geeze recipe. It turned out tasty. I didn't bake it, but instead steamed the broccoli in the IP by setting it to 0 minutes and then immediately releasing pressure. I blended the sauce and then cooked it on the stove with a whisk to thicken it up. Then everything got mixed in the pasta pot once that was drained. Oh, and also added some nooch to the sauce. I automatically do that now if a 'cheese' recipe doesn't include it.

I'm reciting my affirmation a few times a day. "Making time for my health means more time for 'making'."

Often, when I don't make healthy choices, it is because I feel like it takes time away from my creative pursuits. I don't want to take the time to go for that long walk or make that healthy meal. The reality is that making stuff always requires physical and mental breaks to stay productive anyway. And I'm sure some stretching would go a long way towards some of the pain I have in my neck, shoulders and arms.

I'm with you Mihani, I want to end the day feeling good about the choices I made!

Oh, I still haven't read the next chapter in the BPWL. Today is the day!

I'll take a pic of the tapestry in progress. I did not come near close to finishing it for the submission deadline. I'm just going to work on it some every day until it is done.

    Mihani Posts: 4,052 Member
Glad you enjoyed the mac oh geeze, Carla. Hadn't ever thought of making the sauce stovetop, but I do like it baked with toasted ezekiel breadcrumbs. Your artistic pursuits are amazing. I think my less than stellar choices pretty much always involve work stress and being busy and/or tired. I am trying to make sure that I get to bed on time every night and that helps a lot.

I did catch up on sleep Monday night and felt good yesterday. No too tired snacking going on. I've been eating the lettuce and spiralized veggies with a little of the S&S vinaigrette in ezekiel tortilla for lunch and dinner, plus snacking on the raw veggies. I do love a good sandwich or wrap.

Work is getting more crazy as we get into tax time. Won't be much time for cooking the next couple months so I may be looking at Daily Harvest since Nanc said those were good.

I'm sure I posted yesterday, or attempted to at least. Maybe I left without hitting Post.

I'm not sure how things can get worse for you at work, but every year when I hear that things are going to get busier due to tax time, it gives me pause. Yikes, Mihani!!! (My SIL is an accountant and hates tax season. She gets to work from home 100% of the time now though, so that works for her much better.)

Hopefully Nanc still has a good report on the Daily Harvest meals after eating a bunch of them. That would be a fantastic solution for tax season for you.

Work has been quiet this week. Next week there will be double or triple the normal amount of testing, and then 2 or 3 months without any. That's okay, I have a work project in mind that will be a nice change of pace.

Today we're going to make Red Lentil Cauli Curry for dinner.

Had something else in mind but forgot...
front clasping bra is figured out and doesn't spontaneously come undone (so far)
    but that wasn't it.
    anyway,
    have a good one!

Daily Harvest...Flatbreads, Soups and Smoothies are my favs. Did not care of the Harvest Bowls...too mushy food type. I have a Harvest BAKE to try...it might be good...still in freezer.

    Today:

    black coffee
    cream of wheat
BLT on Ezekiel using Light Life bacon
    cutie
Daring NOT chicken plain with spinach and broccoli
Zen vegan chocolate pudding for dessert.

PT is hard...especially without pain meds...and you know how that goes. Trying to go longer and longer between doses...since it's hard to get refills for oxycodone.

I have an extension of 0 degrees which is perfect
Bend is at 100 ...that's with her pushing my knee towards me on the table and sitting on my foot...what fun! '

Pain with Purpose, Pain with Purpose.

    Have a great day!

Thanks, Nanc. I will keep your recommendations in mind in case I decide to order. Sorry you're having so much pain with PT but WOW, great progress! I'm so happy that it is going so well. How is Lulu?

Carla, I know right? I'm just so stressed out right now. I have some of that red lentil cauliflower curry in the freezer. That sounds like a good lunch tomorrow. Glad the bra is behaving. LOL

I decided to do a juice day today to get myself back on track. This is a new kind of juice and I wouldn't buy it again. A lot more fruit and I don't need all this sugar, but they sure are tasty. I'm going back to my local place where the juices are mostly greens with just a little bit of apple, pear or lemon.

I feel good, just not as good as I do when I have the other juices.

I'm not wildly off track as far as what I'm eating, but way too much in the way of grains like ezekiel bread and tortillas and rice. I've also had two losing battles with the peanut butter pretzels this week. Hopefully my juice day will drive away those cravings.

Not doing any work tonight. I've been in the office late the past 3 days and working a couple hours after I get home. I'm beat and going to read for a while and get to sleep early.

    Good Morning...having my coffee

They approved my pain meds yesterday, so I did take one after 13 hours...I have never gone that long and it was not smart...(trying to conserve pills since I did not know if they would approve...and they did, come to find out)...

But when you go that long then you have to go back to stopping that pain, and it takes a long time...

The better way is to stay ahead of the pain...but I was trying not to use pills at home, and save for PT...

Thankfully, I am good for awhile now. Hopefully, I will be so much better once this refill is gone.

Huge opioid addiction problem out there...and what has happened is that those of us that use it for legit reasons, we suffer.

I am on a Facebook group for knee replacements and some are not getting the relief like I am...so grateful my surgeon wants me sleeping AND able to withstand the rigors of PT.

    Alrighty then...

I am still using a lot of convenience foods...trying not to make a mess in the kitchen...and just not into a lot of cooking right now.

With that said, I get my greens in...usually, broccoli and spinach are the stars...but next week I should be able to do a lot more veggies in the grill pan...well, I hope so. God, I love instacart!

    Today's menu:

    black coffee
    Ezekiel toast and FYH cheese
    Amy's Plant Based burrito GF
taco: Gardein ground, Chao creamy shreds with LTO, salsa and tortilla
    applesauce for dessert

Mihani, good luck with tax season.

Carla, hope you're doing ok with your weaving...and the weather is cooperating so you can get outside

Lulu has been super...update on her next time.

    Love you guys.

Oh darn it Nanc! I hope your pain is reduced now. I will be with you using convenience foods on occasion for a few weeks until tax time settles down, but I am trying to find ones with little oil if any. It's hard to find! Thing is, oil/fat adds flavor and I'm guessing sales of things we want to eat wouldn't be that great, and it is more pricey for manufacturers to use nuts or seeds for healthy fats.

This weekend I plan to make a batch of sauteed kale, chard, mushrooms and onions and some quinoa. Also making this: https://ohsheglows.com/2011/09/27/detox-salad/ I have not made it in a couple years but it is so good, and lasts all week. It does really need to sit overnight to let the sweetness from the raisins and currants infuse the veggies. I use half the amount of raisins and currants when making it.

The juices that I bought are NO way getting used. I did one day yesterday and I was so sick today. I made it through work but I had a headache, stomachache, and was super shaky this morning. The local place I buy from is probably 80/20 veg/fruit... very green juices. These that I wanted to try were almost entirely fruit. All that sugar was NOT good for me at all. Whole fruit is fine, but fruit juice not for me. I made it through work but I was miserable. It was like having a hangover only worse. I had a slice of toast this morning and ate some crackers throughout the day, but really can't even eat. I think too much acidity in my stomach.

I will say they were delicious. Since I still have two days worth left I think I will plan to drink one a day here and there, not every day. They are good through end of April so I should be able to use them up. I won't mention and don't want to badmouth the company because I think they are probably fine for most people, but for me ugh... awful.

Pup has alerted me there is a critter or critters under the deck. We can't do anything about it now, but he's really not happy about it.

It has been a stressful week and I am going to bed soon. I have loads of work to do this weekend. Working from home tomorrow and will go to the office for a while Sunday.

Good morning! I think I'm back to normal today. I slept a good 8 hours last night. Heading up to my desk here shortly. Plan for today...

B - ezekiel english muffin with a smidge of almond butter, plant based yogurt (done)
L - probably a frozen entree or some soup from the freezer, an orange
D - will make the quinoa and sauteed greens, mushrooms, onions

Will also make the detox salad today so it will be ready to eat tomorrow. Probably going to work from home again tomorrow rather than going to the office. I have a ton of work to do here, plus I have to get laundry caught up and do a little house cleaning. Thinking I will take a break every couple hours to do some housework so I am not sitting all day.

Sounds like you're doing great with your food given the circumstances, Nanc. And rocking the PT! It's great that you found a FB group for knee replacement surgery.

Ooh, Mihani! I think that's the salad that Joe and I made at your suggestion a long time ago. It took some work, but we really enjoyed it. We just did a shop but maybe next time around. Oh, except I forgot that our food processor is out of commission. I replaced it with a small one, but for an epic salad I'm not sure it will 'cut it'.

This afternoon we're going over to my FIL's and his wife's place for an outdoor visit and snack. Sylvia often serves champagne and I won't be able resist a glass. They have a bird's eye view from their place, so if the weather remains clear, I'll snap a pic or two to share.

This week I dedicated several hours each day to work on my tapestry. I made what I consider good progress, now that I've reacquainted myself with the work and how long it takes. There are still another few weeks left at this rate, maybe even longer. I was dreaming when I thought I could get it done in time for this past Monday's submission. Dreaming! In any case, it was the email about the exhibit that got me back into the project, so I'm grateful.

We had faux burgers with yams last night for dinner. Not a green vegetable in sight. My 'bun' was an Ezekiel English muffin. Not on plan, but it's what happened. I made a date-nut mix with almond extract that was reminiscent of the almond cookies my grandmother used to make. Addictive. I am almost out of the almond extract, so I won't replace that for a while until I get out of this phase. I also had to stop ordering peanut butter because I was making a mix that was just like peanut butter cookies. sigh.

The red lentil cauli curry is on the menu for tomorrow.

I love ezekiel english muffins, Carla. Having one this morning in fact. Sounds like you are making great progress on your tapestry. Hope you had fun and enjoyed that glass of champagne. I love it but it always gives me a headache so I generally pass.

Feel good about the work I got done yesterday. Put in almost 8 hours at my desk. I will do the same today. Got the salad made. It makes such a huge batch so I skipped lettuce and the usual salad veggies this week. Still need to make the steam/sauteed greens, onions, mushrooms and chickpeas plus a pot of quinoa. Will do that for dinner. Got laundry done yesterday too.

    Plan for today...
B - ezekiel english muffin with a smidge of almond butter, mixed berries with almond milk yogurt
L - detox salad, an orange
D - the cooked veggies/greens/beans with quinoa, an apple

I am finding that eating at least 2 or 3 servings of fruit per day really helps keep me on track.

Still drinking a cup of english breakfast tea in the mornings but switched to green tea once I get to the office. Trying to make sure I drink 3 or 4 cups of green tea a day.

Good morning my sweets...feeling better today...someone suggest 1/2 pill at a time...usually I can then go six hours on 1/2 with Tylenol...so that ends up two pills a day...which is darn good.

More in a bit...just wanted to touch base...gonna get in the shower and get dressed early today...did not feel great yesterday and waiting til 3:30 for shower.

Love you guys. touchdown.gif Touchdown for Puppy Bowl...no football in this house. When they decide to start respecting the flag again...I might reconsider.

Until then, the overpaid cry babies ... we just don't care about.

Happy Valentine's Day to you Magic! I am so happy to hear you are doing so well. I am not into football either, even though an Ohio team was in the Super Bowl. I don't follow any sports really. I do try to be aware of when games are on so I don't call people and irritate them during games. LOL

One thing I love to watch now and then is dog agility trials. Some of those dogs are amazing! This is one of my all time favorites almost brings a tear to my eye!

I tried to get a couple of my dogs interested in agility 20 years ago, and they were like ummm... what happened to sleeping on the couch? So not into it.

Not doing so well today and really the past week. The treadmill is collecting dust and I succumbed to the lure of the peanut butter pretzels today. Soooo busy and under so much pressure. I have to prioritize taking care of myself.

So here's how my day looked...
B - ezekiel toast and an orange
    L - "detox salad" and a few Mary's crackers
    S - peanut butter pretzels
D - sauteed greens and onions and chickpeas with farro (I didn't get to making this last night and the mushrooms that I bought on Friday looked icky so they went in the trash)
