Hi, I'm 5" and a spit and seeking an accountability and motivating partner who I can support, encourage, nudge and inspire - and them me - as we both lose the flab and tone up. I like working out but need to attack the core - the last place my fat is clinging to.
I am in the UK, single and have a cat. Work in a physically active job....... talk to strangers at bus stops , love music and podcasts. And have two ears to listen !
Be good if we could pair up - even if the only similarity is that we both commit to staying in close contact with each other. We can trial it for a month and then assess how helpful it is?
