    Saturday & Sunday, March 12 & 13

    Tracked: yes & yes
    Under calories: yes & yes
    Exercise: yes & yes (Walking 36 & 74 minutes)
Goals/Day/Comments: I had a good weekend and bought some good produce for the week. Fired up the treadmill again due to Winter’s last bite (I pray)! I still am not sleeping as well as I’d like, so I took a short nap yesterday.

@susanshaughnessy80 we had a bit of snow Saturday and I'm hoping it was winter's last stand also. And we ALL needed a nap yesterday after "springing ahead" Saturday night. They really need to do away with that once and for all.

TBBT - What do you have planned for tomorrow to aid you in your journey to get fit and healthy?
Do you have an exercise plan, a period of time set aside for you and exercise/self care?
Do you have your groceries bought, meals planned or prepped?

@brandi_84 I have a plan / plans that work for me for Monday - Friday, and for the most part stick to them. We buy our groceries (including lots of produce) for the week on Saturday, and prep lunches for the week on Sunday. They consist of grilled chicken breast and salad. Yes, I eat that for lunch 5 days a week and have for at least 10 years. Our dinners are mostly meat / salad / veggie, only rarely having rice or potatoes.

My exercise pretty much only varies depending on the weather but each day consists of some combination of Peloton cycling, walking, weight lifting and yoga. If It's going to be nice (like tomorrow) I will weight lift in the morning and walk during lunch / after work. If it's going to rain or be cold I will do an indoor cycling class in the morning instead.

Where I run into trouble is when I'm not at home, such as visiting my daughter this weekend. For example dinner one night was Banquet frozen fried chicken and Kraft macaroni and cheese. Not a lot for me to work with there. I don't want to be a PITA to two young people who are both working full time, have a 3 yo and are expecting their second child in a few months so I quietly eat it. And then spend the rest of the week trying to undo the damage. :|

@DaffyGirl88 we don't have daylight savings time but it still messed me up! My phone changed anyways and I was so confused when I woke up in the morning and couldn't figure out what time it was. Then I googled it and realized it was daylight savings change!!

    Calories : Yes
Exercise: Yes - Walk with my daughter.
Goals/Day/Comments: I crushed my step goal on the 14th by going on a walk with my daughter. We were walking to Baskin Robbins, but it was still a workout lol. This is the first day in a while that I did over 10,000 steps.
