Feeling more myself today. Finally making my goals 3 days of OMAD IF 23:1 and 2 days of achieving 13,000 steps. Today is a good day plus 90oz of water.

Exercise: Sorta, Went shopping after work and did a lot of walking around, about 7000 steps.
I ate out for lunch and dinner, was tired after shopping and also wanted a treat after good news. I try not to have food be a reward and yet… Anyways, management decided people who work my job can telework permanently! I did not see that one coming and am super excited. While I loved using my sit to stand desk at work, am so much happier to be able to work from home.

3/21, 3/22 and 3/23

Calories were significantly under all 3 days
Exercise was FUN!!!
I got outdoors and walked on Monday and Tuesday; the weather was GORGEOUS!
Wednesday was cloudy and rainy, but I chose to get out in it and walk up some really steep hills. I went to failure in my quads and glutes, rested, changed directions and finished strong. What a victory!!
I've been doing some Zumba and dance cardio workouts just to jam out and have fun.
Scoliosis, Degenerative Disk Disease and Sway Back:
I received some injections of cortisone in my upper back and neck yesterday and found out I have an abnormality in my spinal cord based off an MRI and brain scan I had to have done. I have decided to attempt another round of physical therapy, chiropractic treatment and sport massage vs. surgery at this time. MS has been ruled out for the time being, but my shoulders are being affected and they say my arms and hands are next.
I REFUSE TO GIVE UP OR GIVE IN!!! WE ARE WARRIORS.
