    Goals/Comments: push myself beyond the limits hoping to see if my back pain would ease up. I think I pulled something getting out the hot tub Monday so we won't be doing that again.

    Pushing myself yesterday help ease the pain enough to go to Physical therapy but no Water aerobics.

    Sadly my internet provider is doing work in our area for several days and there may be long outages during the day. I packed my stuff and am working in the office for at least a few days. Am hoping I will still be able to come back home for at least a few more weeks before our new teleworking policy gets underway, we'll see… Am trying to view it as a trial run, but it's easier to maintain healthier habits for just a few days back vs getting used to a regular routine of work in office again
