Exercise: Sorta, Went shopping after work and did a lot of walking around, about 7000 steps.
I ate out for lunch and dinner, was tired after shopping and also wanted a treat after good news. I try not to have food be a reward and yet… Anyways, management decided people who work my job can telework permanently! I did not see that one coming and am super excited. While I loved using my sit to stand desk at work, am so much happier to be able to work from home.

Feeling more myself today. Finally making my goals 3 days of OMAD IF 23:1 and 2 days of achieving 13,000 steps. Today is a good day plus 90oz of water.

3/21, 3/22 and 3/23

Calories were significantly under all 3 days
Exercise was FUN!!!
I got outdoors and walked on Monday and Tuesday; the weather was GORGEOUS!
Wednesday was cloudy and rainy, but I chose to get out in it and walk up some really steep hills. I went to failure in my quads and glutes, rested, changed directions and finished strong. What a victory!!
I've been doing some Zumba and dance cardio workouts just to jam out and have fun.
Scoliosis, Degenerative Disk Disease and Sway Back:
I received some injections of cortisone in my upper back and neck yesterday and found out I have an abnormality in my spinal cord based off an MRI and brain scan I had to have done. I have decided to attempt another round of physical therapy, chiropractic treatment and sport massage vs. surgery at this time. MS has been ruled out for the time being, but my shoulders are being affected and they say my arms and hands are next.
I REFUSE TO GIVE UP OR GIVE IN!!! WE ARE WARRIORS.

Yes we are. Choosing to make strides daily and not give in to the pain is a positive way to go. Rooting for you and praying you defy the odds against you🙏🏾🙏🏾 keep on going💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

So I binge 2x this past week and was in bed all weekend due to the new Anxiety medication but yet still managed to lose a few pounds. So imagine what I can do if I don't binge??🤔🤔🙄🙄
Don't get me wrong not beating myself up cause what happened is in the past but just voicing some valid points (hmmmm food for thought) trying to break this first 100lb weight loss is sooooo close if I could just stay on track4 -

On another note decided to add treats to my meal to prevent binging episodes (I think someone from here told me to do that) anyway made treat bags of 100 calorie apple pie, chocolate covered cherries and blueberries and another bag of some pringles but decided it will need to be one or the other not both cause I was full and not satisfied which is a big change cause I used to eat the whole bag or can and still be rearing to go. This OMAD with 23:1 IF really is working. So proud of my progress. (Sorry for long post)3 -
