Under Calories: No, mom and I got milkshakes. Was not going to at first but Girl Scouts in our area did not have tagalongs this year, issues with suppliers, so instead of cookies treated myself to a milkshake
Exercise: Sorta, went shopping, got in 6000 steps

Exercise: Yes, 55 minute walk and 20 minutes pt exercises.
Was going to do strength training after lunch but got into a project. Our congregation is going back to meeting in person instead of zoom next month so soon I can no longer get away with wearing overly baggy clothes. Went through my closet and dresser, pulled some more things that were too big and then went through a storage tub and took out/washed clothes that now fit again! Trying on so many clothes was exercise by itself2 -

Day 2 Starting over again. Even though 90 lbs are gone, I AM still fighting food binging. By His Grace will continue to surrender my will over to Jesus as this battle is not mines to fight but it is the Lords' 🙏🏾🙏🏾

me and don't know how to get pass this stage2 -
