Who am I?
I am a person who values the health and fitness of my body, mind, and spirit.
I have been working on creating/adapting habits which support my identity. It’s a work in progress.
This month I am focused on keeping my CI fat %age at a healthy level.

Who am I? I am me a unique individual who wants to be as healthy and happy as possible. What will I do? Continue to exercise, to eat healthy foods and to challenge my mind.
Tracked logged and completed rowing almost at 1 mile in under 11:30 still a ways go but working on it. Also did some morning meditation a good way to start the day3 -

Topic is great timing @terririchardson as I find I make these big bold statements above at the start of month then as weeks go on I loose focus and motivation so I can now refocus and keep going strong💖💖

@SummerSkier I was getting ahead of my Saturday commenting 😂 🤔I hadn’t thought of it as an opener. I find that reminding myself daily about who I am reinforces my resolve to stick to habits which support my identity.
