Leg Day... Wow!

Hello everyone!

I like to start my day by hitting the gym and today was leg day. Today hit different! I do not know if it is because I have lost so much weight and my body is not compensating as much or because I used different tools or a combination.

I did four exercises; a dead lift and squat using a machine that had guide rails on ether side. Previously I had been using kettle bells or dumbbells. I also did walking lunges (backwards) and side steps. I really felt my body engaging today!

Has anyone ever experienced this before? This like "ah ha! That is what it is supposed to feel like."

I had it a few days prior when I did core training.
