Couldn't Exercise today do to chronic cough and lung issues so there's that. But did force myself to fix me something to eat around 1pm made a new dish with root vegetable hashbrowns spinach and egg. It was delicious 😋 had to find joy and something yesterday 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️4 -

Though it is an increase in weight I thankful my weight fluctuations have stabilized. Going through 5 lb weight gains in a day is quite distressing. Now to focus on weight loss.2 -
