I don't believe this is loss as much as more of a reflection that the scale was 'heavy' when we got back last week from vacation. Next week will be more of an indicator if I'm really on the right track.

Exercise - none. Day off since I get no more food for 2 days after tonight. Conserved my energy.@Megan_smartiepants1970 no Steps tuesday or wednesday. I may get a walk in on Thursday, depending on how I feel.
