I think my issue lately is that it is too Hot outside for me to be active. I go to the gym 3 days a week, but that only keeps at this level. I used to work outside in the yard, garden, workshop, etc, but this year I can't take the heat. I am so looking forward to Fall.4 -

I get what you mean. It has been so hot in St. Louis that when it goes down to 93 degrees we think it’s great weather! 🙄
