    It was my husband’s birthday so I decided to celebrate too, eat too much and not even track it. Not a very good start to the week unfortunately.

    Sorry guys. My son got engaged over the weekend 🎉 and the quick trip to Jacksonville, FL from southwest Louisiana meant a lot of eating out. This is my weakness - poor choices.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Keeping a low carb, 16/8 intermittent fast diet, and still going strong. I'll continue IF for 1 more month daily to lose enough weight, afterwards I'll do just 2-3 days per week.

    The tree in the above photo is over 20 feet in diameter. I'm 6'1", and I was able to stand under the notched-out part just to the left of center (where the blue line is).

    Goals/Day/Comments: Just took a couple hikes today, nothing else. Hiked ~3.6 miles at Calaveras Big Trees and then ~3.6 miles on Arnold Rim Trail. Had a good time.

    Question for the group - other than @carenwilson1983, does anyone follow a specific meal plan for helping with maintaining calories? I’m struggling with getting some movement and just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks!

    @frankwbrown Oh my word those are huge! Are those the redwoods in California? I was lucky enough to see those when I lived in Oregon and took some short trips to Cali.

    Oh I am definitely NOT on a maintenance program. I should have phrased my question different. I meant is there a meal plan that anyone uses to keep you within your daily calorie goal.

    @therealbluenote thanks Im trying to be consistent. I was 150lbs before, did Atkins with a group here and lost 25 pounds in 2 month from size 12 to 8. There goes 2 pregnancies and 173 lbs. I'm only 5"1 and my ankles hurt July 9th was my 39th birthday and I know I might not get back to 125 too small but trying to hit 145 which I think is perfect. Self motivation and this group is awesome. Every chance I get I do 30 minutes if time is against me 10-20 minutes and it all adds up😁🥰. Let's all keep up the good work.

    Ah ok sorry I misunderstood. I’m a diabetic so I follow a diabetic meal plan given to me by my doctor. Mainly whole foods, low carb, low sugar, low fat.
