I would like to think that the loss was due to my diligence with exercise and tracking, but to be honest it isn't. It is only due to lack of appetite, due to the loss of a dear friend of mine, she was like a sister to me, we knew each other for 30+ years. She battled hard against cancer for the past 2 years, and unfortunately she lost. This truly hurts so much, so I have been quiet and not posting, I know that you will understand.6 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Just took a couple hikes today, nothing else. Hiked ~3.6 miles at Calaveras Big Trees and then ~3.6 miles on Arnold Rim Trail. Had a good time.2
