    @pkg1998 I am glad your family is safe in St. Charles. The rain was pretty bad there. Here in St. Louis we got 9 inches of rain. It caused my garage door opener to short circuit because the roof leaked. I also had water come into the house in a few spots. I have an old house. But compared to others I consider myself pretty lucky. The water in my basement was nothing compared to some of my friends’ basements - they had actual floods. 😕

    Goals/Day/Comments: Last day away from home. Didn't weigh, didn't count calories, but I had a great day in Monterey and Pacific Grove CA. A lot of hiking/walking/running and I hit 30,000 steps for the first time!
