Hi everyone! I have a question: how do I insert a photo in my message? I would like to insert a screenshot of my weekly steps but it is not happening 🥺
I'm choosing the photo option, choose file, select file but nothing is inserting 🙈

I weighed in at 181.2 this morning, whoa. The good times will be over after today, back to the gym with me, haha. I know at least part of my whoosh is I haven't been challenging my muscles very much the way I do at the gym this week. I did on Monday, but that was it until today.
@ashleycarole86, my activity minutes for the week are ending up at 300 (5 classes), goal 180 (three classes). Works for me!1 -

I'm not sure what device you are using, but on my laptop I usually just go to the photo (when it is open), right-click on it, copy it and then paste it into the message. That usually works, but it is fussy sometimes. I'm sure others can give you better advice!1 -
For once I'm getting my exercise report in on Saturday! Here is my week:

I feel rely good about my workouts this past week. I did something almost everyday except Friday. Today, I will do Barre. I failed with eating. There were a lot of temptations, but since the kids come Monday, it should be easier to stick to my meal plan. The scale is finally down - .6 since my last wiegh in on Wednesday. I find that motivating!!!!8

If you're on an android cell phone like me, I've never been able to add a photo from the app, I have to open MFP in my browser and use the mobile website, then it will work. Otherwise it's transferring photos to the computer and using the full website.
The mobile website has some pretty small text but looks very similar to the app, so if you squint just right, you can do it. 😉2 -

Week 1 went well! I think the very large losses some people (from other teams ) had may backfire - it happens so often that a loss over about 2 - 2.5% in one week bounces back right quick. There are exceptions, of course - a back to normal week after a vacation blow-out, for example! I found our team had good reasonable rates of loss, but a higher rate of gains than usual! Let's try to get those stopped in their tracks this week. More green
It is perishingly hot here today. I'm going to go to the basement and do some laundry. Maybe clean out the freezer. Just lie down on the floor. Gaze longingly at my snowshoes.9 -
I hope me inserting picture from the computer will work? It supposed to be beautiful sunset - fingers crossed you'll be able to see it

I go see my wellness coach tomorrow and a part of me is dreading it. I'm really great at working out in the summer. I am fine for calories but struggle to hit my macros. During the work year I'm the total opposite 🙃 How to get both going at the same time is what I need to figure out.4

It's a loss from where I was yesterday! I've been thinking of 90kg as an upper ceiling and was worried if I went over that, I'd spiral upwards until whatever the next milestone was.
We had a busy weekend. Meal out on Friday and we saw the Elvis movie; not our typical choice but we both enjoyed it, although it's quite long. Saturday was admin, shopping/supermarket, allotment and Sunday was more of the same really. OH was working late shifts, so I found myself tempted by McDonalds on Saturday but had a sandwich last night in some nice bread.
Plan for today is track everything, drink 2L water and get some intentional exercise in. I've pre-tracked my day and only need to adjust quantities for things that get weighed out, plus there is some space for snacking. I will suggest to OH that we have a short walk at lunch time, and my 1L water bottle is next to me. On it this morning!4 -

I'm happy to have taken 1st place last week, it is sure not to happen again this week- TOM is coming, and I am still super sore from the gym Saturday, so I saw a big (not real) increase on the scale- 184.4. Back to drinking my water.
Tonight, I have two choreographed dance classes, one with a chair and one without, so I'm excited about that.
