Okay,...breath...I'm going to walk to the post office after I feed our Grandson this morning. I'll have to wear a jacket! It's going to be a good day!

Went to yoga last night and did a great class may go again tonight if I have the energy. Still a lot of stress in my life, but the yoga seems to help out. I've been pretty good with eating this week the cruise is in 20 days and I still wanna lose 5 pounds before I get on that boat and gain it back lol

Did 7.26 miles in 136 mins this morning. It was beautiful today! Got into the 80's...so much for rain in northern California!!!

My friend had a driveway put in. And it rained. The contractor didn't cover it. I hope they can get them to fix it.

Shelley, It was here...then it was gone!!
I did a 60 min workout w/my trainer today. It is now 84 degrees at 5:56 in the evening! Warm!!!
We are walking in the morning then to UPS to return an Amazon purchase then to Ulta Beauty to get a gift card for Sara's Mil's b'day which we will celebrate tomorrow after Sara has her 3D on CJ!!! We get to be there for it!! Exciting!

Chris that sounds like a wonderful day. A 3D on CJ! Like science fiction.
I am going to the mountain tomorrow. Hoping to get all the supports up. Must get the roof on. Changed the aquariums water tonight. Clam is doing well. So are the fish. Seems empty without my 4 original little dogs. I miss them all. They would have loved the mountain.

Forgot to weigh in on the 22nd. Weighed in this morning. No appetite so not eating much. But also not exercising enough. Getting flabby. Need to strength train to firm up.

Hey gals...
Just did walk while Bella is in therapy. It is a beautiful fall day here in PA. I needed the fresh air. Last week was a not a great week with Bella, but I guess some weeks are like that huh?

The 3D was so cool yesterday!! CJ looks just like Ronan did!! So exciting! Can't wait...but I guess I have to.
I did 6.23 miles in 124 mins this morning...half w/my other half...half w/me!!

Karen I agree, some days are like that. Just keep swimming.
Kathy you and me both. I hate flab. More exercise. You are going through a lot right now. Exercise might help reduce some stress.

Got my omnicron booster yesterday and it's sore as the dickens and my body must really be fighting it to produce antibodies cuz I'm exhausted despite a full sleep; so yay booster.

We get our boosters Oct 6th!! Yes!
Going to walk this morning after I feed Ronan some oatmeal w/cookie pieces in it! His favorite. He searches out the pieces...gets 100 points for the huge ones and 1 point for the little pieces and we keep count until the cookies are gone...not the oatmeal, just the cookies. The rest of the oatmeal goes in the trash! He gets thru about half the oatmeal. It's actually his 2nd breakfast but need to eat before class. He's so funny!!

Chris I never heard of cookie oatmeal. Is that a grandma invention? I actually like oatmeal. I could help him with the leftovers. I am not getting anymore boosters. That first round had my heart pounding. They will improve them in time.
Paula you enjoy that widdle shut eye. Maybe some nice tea first.

Shelley, his oatmeal is called Oats in Coats Instant Oatmeal...one is Cookies, one is Berries and one is Apples. I get it on Amazon!! He loves it.
Worked out w/my trainer today for 60 mins. A tough one!!
Yesterday I did 7.14 miles in 127 mins. It was beautiful and not too many folks out there until the end of the walk, then it was like everyone's front door opened and out they came!! Crazy! Going to walk tomorrow morning and see what happens.

Got 6.43 miles in 117 mins done this morning. Breezy coming home. It was nice out there. Got into the high 80's this afternoon. Supposed to be cooler this weekend. We shall see...

Chris I like raisins in my oatmeal. But Ronans sounds much more fun. That was an admirable walk. And I am envious of your workout.
I took today off to visit with my mom. We went to lunch together and a movie. The Woman King. It was inspiring. Made me want to workout. You should all see it.

Hi y'all. I just got home from a lovely over night stay at the Emergency Department of Stanford Hospital. Absolutely lovely staff, lots of smiles; kinda on the expensive side but worth it. I seem okay now. Had a strange sensation of slipping in my left foot that didn't quite fit the profile of a TIA or Peripheral Neuropathy. So they're not sure, but did an MRI and blood tests and ruled out lots of nasty stuff - I seem to be okay now. We'll see if it happens again.
Just glad to be home.

The framing inspector had a few suggestions. Taking care of them. Now onto roofing. Going to visit with my mom in the morning. Then head up and help the men out. Rented a huge type of a forklift. Should make roofing loads better. That roof has a very steep pitch. You won't want to be up there without a safety harness. So we bought a set for the son in law.

Well... hospital food seemed to suit me - I lost another pound or so. Finally reached Onederland (199.8) after a month in the 200's. it's a nice trend - I'm happy (but that also might be the coffee). :bigsmile:
Kathy, I'm with you on needing to snack less. Would you be interested in a mini-challenge together? Like "no snacks after dinner for a couple weeks" or something? Accountability gives me an edge; and it'd be great to have to be responsible to you.
