@LOVEMYALEX - So glad to hear you're doing well! Take it easy for a bit now and rest. You've earned it. You'll know when you're ready again....and after the doctor clears you.
I did a 10.75 mile stationary recumbent bike ride tonight. My knees needed a break from walking today. I'll hit the treadmill again tomorrow.

KINDA QUIET IN HERE TODAY!!
@ANACONDA469 - Having just gone through it in March this year, and there are also others in this group that have gone through it, we are here for you if you have any questions or could use a sounding board or whatever. You can either ask questions here or feel free to DM me. I'd be happy to share whatever info I can.
I pray everything goes as smoothly for you as it did for me. I knew the same day I did the right thing. It certainly takes time to recover and it isn't always a cake walk, but I could tell it was life-changing. I'm going to be messaging my surgeon next week to get the ball rolling for my other knee replacement in early November. I can only hope & pray that one goes as well as the first one.
I got a hard and sweaty 11.0 mile stationary bike ride in tonight. My t-shirt was drenched down the back.

@anaconda469: I am heading down that road with my left knee. I keep hoping for the artificial meniscus to help slow it down, but they are talking five to seven years. Yuck! Anyway, the surgery is not like the one my dad had. So much better and less complicated.
