Hello I’m a returning user. I’m a 35 year old firefighter. I haven’t been on this in a very long time. I am jumping back on the train of accomplishing my goals and living a better lifestyle. I need to lose 50 pounds I have done this before and I will accomplish this again. Feel free to ask any questions I will be sharing progress updates and pictures as well.
