Now, this is disappointing but not surprising. We were traveling last weekend and spent it with my sister-in-law and family. SO much food but that's no excuse. I don't know what it is about going anywhere anymore that gives me permission to eat as much or whatever I want. When I got home I ate most of the junk I had bought. SO much sugar. My body doesn't handle it well and I feel really bad. I quit logging for a week and see what that gets me?! From here on out I will be logging, even when I'm traveling or eating out. Feeling frustrated. I let myself down, I let the group down, and I have to turn it around. Today I had my normal breakfast (without any sugary junk) and yogurt and blueberries for lunch. It's a good start. I listened to a podcast about achieving your dreams yesterday that was so inspiring I plan to listen to it again today...and maybe every day until I believe it! So, sorry for the backslide but I promise you it will be the last one this month.
