My power is back on after five days. Had hot meals for breakfast and dinner.

Chris, I'm gonna try the no-jumping workout. Looks good!

Shelley, I lost a inch and a half in height due to arthritis, so the muddy two inches was kinda thrilling!!
Paula, so happy for you. What a total pain!!
Collin time this morning. My trainer is still out...I'm going to read this afternoon!! Might walk tomorrow depending on the weather.

Paula - Glad your power is back!! You are one strong cookie!

Shelley - how so you like Les Mills? We have a few around here....I've been curious..

I've had a few days off from exercise (unintentional)...just busy with a lot. Was planning to yoga tonight, but Mom worked hard on a nice dinner...so ate with her!

    Maybe tomorrow!

Paula so happy for you. Being without power is such a pain. Did you have a hot shower or soak in the tub?

Chris that is awful. But I don't recommend the mud coating your shoes as a choice. o:)

Karen I like the body pump. Keeps me moving. But don't recommend completing the lunge track the first time. Also enjoy the body flow. Not good at it but I try. Led Mills has a few others. They can be tough.

New carpet going in at work for circuit court. Really stinks and causing loads of logistic issues.
Worked out tonight. Did upper body workout

Here's the latest info from Neon_Vampire. It looks like Karen and I might be separate, but Chris and Shelley got into the same house. If you got friend requests, that was to help them send you invites.

    Hope you all enjoy it!
    Hi Paula,

I'm a little late to the game today but I do know that owls have started to fly! We weren't able to sort you all into the same house but I did manage to pull some strings to get Chris and Shelley together. Since students participating in the current term are the first to get access to the new terms application, if all four of you decide to come back next term you can try and coordinate applying early, and with the same house preference, which should give you a high chance of all being sorted together.

I believe friend requests have been sent to Chris, Karen and Shelley from the prefects for the houses they were sorted into, so incase they are wondering where their owls are let them know they'll need to accept the friend requests first, otherwise messages won't go through, and then once they prefects see their friend requests were accepted they'll go in and send out the owls, so hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday they should get know what house they've been sorted into.

I hope you have a lovely evening!

Going to try for 2 days at gym with my trainer and everything else will have to be at home…at least for now. 💪🏾

Probably not, since Chris & Shelley are in the same House, and I'm in Slytherin. But everyone is in Hogwarts where there are shared chatrooms, like Hagrid's Hut.

Paula, I hope you are okay on your mountain.
I had Collin time this morning then brought Ronan home to play with Grandpa.
I didn't walk today. Our housekeeper came and I had to get the house ready for her...had to clean up to get it cleaned up!!
I was going to walk to the post office tomorrow but the forecast is calling for rain ALL DAY LONG!! Who knows...it might clear up...maybe.
    My trainer is still out.

My ex had a mudslide (across town from me). He and his house are okay but he lost a shed and trees. I check daily but so far he hasn't opted to come stay over here instead. It's a good workout walking up and down his driveway every day.

Chris, Have you seen the pictures on TV? Mudslides, roads out, trees down and floods all over California. We need a break so you can go walking! I heard it might start drying out soon. <3 Nice to see the snowpack and the reservoirs filling up though. We need that badly.

Paula, Rocky was telling me about our niece in California. Their pool is full of mud I guess. You all be safe.

Kathy I am working out from home for now. Roads are only fit for snowmobiles. There were a number of wrecks this morning. And your mom is more important. I am sure she is still grieving.

Karen if you like Hogwarts we can try and get in the same house next time.

Chris I would clean before a housekeeper arrived also. To funny.

My daughter had a hysterectomy yesterday. She said she is going to work harder to not hate life so much this year. I feel so bad for her. One thing after another and to young.

I have been doing Body Pump a lot lately. I might try one of Less Mills step aerobics next. Tough cardio. Might just do part of one at first.

I got 7.28 miles done in 134 mins after my Collin Duties this morning. Went to the post office on California's only sunny day since Sunday...and the next four days are rainy...only 13% chance of rain Tuesday the 17th. We shall see what the rain gods have in store for us Californians!!

Paula - been seeing the devastation on TV and thinking about you. So much damage. ❤️

Went to yoga last night...really needed it after a rough week.

On Tuesday I went to a follow up appointment with my husband to the knee surgeon. They were considering doing a manual manipulation because hes not quite getting the bend that he needs due to scar tissue. They made it happen really quickly and the next morning we needed to be at the hospital at 5 AM. Unfortunately the manipulation did not work and they were not able to break up the scar tissue......apparently the surgeon has never had this happen before but of course it had to happen with my husband :) So hes very upset... He's really active with martial arts and other sports and really needs to get his bend back. So he's gonna keep trying PT very extensively and we are going back with the surgeon in 2 weeks. It doesn't sound like there are many other surgical options. So just praying that the manipulation moved something in his knee so that he can now get this scar tissue broken up. Ouy vey :) I'm tired as anything this week. We had to be up at 3:30 to be at the hospital at 5. Still catching up :)

We had tornados and storms in south Ga. I live in Southeast Ga. We got the winds and had a 5 hour power outage. I can’t complain. The devastation in California is much worst. And several areas here had major damage to homes.

Paula take care! You’re in my prayers.

Karen wishing your husband the best outcome. Take care of yourself.

Chris you continue to inspire me with your steps. I’m doing YouTube walking videos because I just can’t get to the gym much.

Shelley sending prayers to your daughter. Also, the last class I took at the gym was a BodyPump class. It was quite a workout.

    Take care ladies.

Yes, I just have too much on my plate. I shied away from it in the beginning...shouldn't have changed my mind. I'm so sorry. Than you for getting me in.

Managed 6.31 miles in 118 mins between the thunder showers.
Paula, I hope you are okay up on your mountain and still have power.
Shelley, how is your cabin holding up?
    Kathy are you guys okay?
Karen, how are you guys doing?
We are doing fine here in Northern California. We are in the Bay Area and not near any of the floods or over flows. We have a lot of rain and wind. Crazy!! We used to live in Southern California. We would have been in the middle of everything going on down there. I am so glad we moved up here!
    Stay safe everyone.

Kathy you did a body pump class, fantastic. I am using 14 pound bars. And adding to them. I hope you do more. If you do let me know which track you do.

I hope the best for everyone who is having mother nature throwing her worst at you. It is snowy and cold here. Roads are icy. The gal who workouts with me fell but is ok. I did another body pump today. Number 60. One of my favorites.

Kathy - I was talking to my friend who lives right outside of Atlanta and she filled me in on some of the tornadoes. Crazy right? Glad everything is OK in your area.

Chris - Glad everything is OK where you are also. Just so devastating to see so much damage across the US right now. You get the golden sneakers award for sure! I marvel at your steps lol :)

Things are pretty OK here. We had a tough week with my husband's procedure not working as I mentioned. Hes trying to stay optimistic and is working really hard in physical therapy to try to get more of a band in his knee. Bella is making some good progress although slow with her mental health and resistance issues. But we had therapy yesterday, we always have it on Saturday, and I can see some movement in her rigidity. She's also spending a lot more time with us which is nice. I leave for Toronto tomorrow through Thursday. Then I'm home for a week and then I go to Budapest for 4 days to visit my gang there. Will be going to Brazil at the end of February also. Travel has definitely picked up.

I just read through all of the information for the Hogwarts challenge. It's gonna be a little tricky figuring this out while traveling so much, but hoping it will keep me on track. So easy to get off track when traveling. I'm really hoping it will help me get to that 165 that I've struggled with over the past year. Only about 6 pounds away but I would really like to get to there and stay there. I do think it's probably where my body wants to land (although I've been lower....but was also dizzy regularly and couldnt eat anything good!). The only other way to get myself lower without really being too stringent, is plastic surgery :) Maybe my next husband lol! So let's see...a really neat program. Thanks @paulakro for mentioning it. I hadn't heard of it before.

Off to yoga in an hour...

Thanks, Karen. No walking today...storm...pouring right now and until tomorrow morning!! Brutal!
Ronan came to play today. He and Grandpa had a blast.
My neck is unhappy from looking down at Collin for so long all week. Crazy hurting! Using heat on it. Going to find a better way of sitting when I hold him when he's asleep. Need to rest my head against the bed headboard, I'm thinking. I'll plan it better tomorrow.
I have my trainer at noon tomorrow. If I'm able, I'll walk after my workout...maybe. We'll see.

Chris this is probably a crazy idea. But maybe put Collin in some sort of infant bed at eye level. See no more neck straining. ;)

I really hope for good weather for our country for a long time.

Worked last night. Going to see a movie tomorrow. But must workout first.
