Goals/Day/Comments: Yesterday was day 10 without alcohol. It takes 10 days for it to be completely out of your system. I am feeling so much better with more energy and better sleep. I'm getting so much more done and my workouts are improving every day.2 -

Goals/Comments: I've been down since Saturday issues from my heart failure condition 😒 Yesterday had a follow-up with my Cardiologist and she gave me permission to restart my Exercise regimen just make sure my HR doesn't go above 145 and pay attention to my body. I am so excited. I missed my Zumba Chair Workout1 -
