@ jugar Just had a blah day! So annoyed with myself that I did really well all day with my food plan then fell asleep on the sofa, woke up hungry and started eating. Need to definitely plan for these weak moments ..1

@ ells_bellz Sounds like you have something to look forward to - spending time with your son. How old is he? My son is 20 but thankfully still likes to spend quality time with his Mum. I really look forward to summer when he comes home from University and we are outdoors hill-walking and cycling. Sure you will have a great time1

Not much of a change but am feeling better and have been walking loads, doing HiiT and yoga. Something every day. Next target is to start running and play badminton.
Almost 2 pounds - that's an excellent loss. I am wondering if you'd like to change your weigh-in day from Sunday to something later in the week? Or you could weigh in again on Sunday and then go on from there. Just let me know - it is an easy thing to move around if it helps. Thanks! (and do not worry about the blah day. they happen. but a plan that liberally uses the word "no" is always handy!)
@wishfuljune you are giving me gym envy! As much as I love being in a super quiet rural setting, sometimes I'd like me a hot yoga or early spin class. Keep up the fantastic exercise - it is seriously inspiring!
non-zero day for me today: I had to do some tedious running around, could not find something I needed, and really wanted to go buy a bottle of wine. To make everything better, of course. I know I would have had at least 2 glasses, and then the rest would be sitting there tomorrow needing to be used up. My plan for the week has today through Sunday as dry days. I got in the car, said no, and drove straight home so that I could put that good zero in my tracker. I'm feeling pretty good about giving that to tomorrow me - I hope she'll be grateful!
@micki48 it is so good to hear your news I wish you did not have to move again, but also hope you'll find that spot that gives you happiness and joy to move into. Enjoy the game!!

Another trip to the gym! The fancy breakfast was yummy and fun. I didn't go crazy and left feeling full but not stuffed. I had the protein shake I usually have at breakfast for lunch and a healthy dinner after the gym. We are expecting some snow Sat night/Sunday which I'm excited about. We so rarely get snow here.2

I’m so glad I haven’t gained even though I was hoping for a loss. Although I am happy to say I was able to fit in a size 10 and 12 pair of jeans I have had for a long time and could dream of fitting in. It’s still a bit tight but the fact that I was able to pull them up to my waist is profess for me.
I have also moved to more weight training so fingers crossed xxx6 -

I fell way short of my step goal. Work was stupid busy doing spring resets so that step count was somewhat surprising. Other than Monday, where I kept looking at my watch to constantly see that it had died, I felt like I did a WHOLE LOT more moving.
Today will be filled with farm chores. We have to overpack the shelters with hay as it seems that we have snow moving in tomorrow. SNOW! I'm in the southeastern United States. Snow... in the middle of February... NUTS!

Got an extra day at the gym on Sunday. Doesn't make up for my eating. They had a superbowl party yesterday for lunch at work. I didn't get seconds and was somewhat mindful of what I ate...but I definitely over ate. However, I had a perfect day today and am planning on another one tomorrow.
I fessed up to my hubby how I ate some stuff I shouldn't have the past few weeks. It's terrible because I am a secret binger, but the scale doesn't hide it. Last Sunday, I ate a donut in the parking lot of my gym, then went and worked out 🙈 He asked why I didn't tell him I was struggling before I went out and bought donuts. I really don't know 🤷🏼♀️
Anyway, we had a good chat tonight and I am going to focus on one day at a time.4 -

Happy Super Bowl day @micki48
If my Bills can't be there, I certainly don't want KC winning, so I'll get behind you today
We actually won't see it because we'll be out on a catamaran... sorta lucky the Bills aren't in so we don't feel compelled to need to find the game!4 -

I'm thrilled! I haven been at this weight in over a year.
I've been aware of my food choices but not felt stressed about what to eat or how much which is a huge win for me. Getting back to the gym has helped since it clears my head and helps manage stress. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel at work and am so ready for things to feel less intense and chaotic.
7 weeks until my Australia trip. I knew my goal weight of 150 for that trip was going to be tough but it's not out of reach and I find that very motivating. I just need to stay the course.
We didn't get snow so I'll hit the gym again today then get ready for the week. For those that are doing Valentines Day, I hope it's wonderful!

I pooped out last night. Previous night, I had only slept a couple of hours. Anyways, hope everyone is having a good weekend. I am having boba tea in the afternoon with my brother and that will be the end of my birthday indulgences. Waiting till Wednesday to step on the scale 😝
