I know what you mean. It’s easy to stay on track when I’m just eating for myself but when I cook for my husband and my son I have to accommodate for their taste. The other night we had steak, mashed potatoes and veggies. I just tried to control my portion size - I had steak, a small dab of the potatoes and a lot of the veggies. I do that a lot when we have meals that are high in fat or calories - have a small portion and fill up on greens or some kind of vegetable.welloiledmachine wrote: »Daily Post Saturday
