Been getting a lot of headaches lately. This happened to me in June/July/Aug last year. Did all sorts of tests and everything came back normal. I know that consistent exercise helps me with my migraines. But it’s so hard to exercise when you have a headache.3

Just wanted to ask you to take me out of the group for the rest of this month and also March😞 I’ll be without a scale for 3-4 weeks. We’re going to Texas (1100 miles) to dog sit so my daughter can join her husband for the Southland playoffs. He’s an assistant coach there and we’re hoping they make it to the NCAA tournament again this year. If they do, we’ll be gone an extra week. I wish you all well and plan to be back in April if you’ll have me.1 -

Girl don't I know what your experiencing, it may be seasonal headaches believe it or not it's a thing. I was diagnosed with them in 2017 by my neurologist thank God they've taper off. Hoping you feel better try to relax and don't push yourself hard and try drinking lemon water it helps at times0
